Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种充电式真空吸尘器，由吸尘器主体和其前端的拖把体组成。在吸尘器主体前部腔体内设有透明集尘盒。吸尘器主体由手柄、手柄胶垫、开关按钮、排气孔盖、拖把挂钮及马达、风叶、电池构成。拖把体可拆卸地插接于吸尘器主体前端的扁嘴头上，包括拖把上盖、拖把底座、拖把掩门、拖把连接口、活门、马达、带有毛刷的吸尘辊等组成。拖把体可以替换为：可拆式高吸力尖嘴配件、可拆式清洁布质的滚筒配件。在吸尘器主体前部腔体内、透明集尘盒外设有发光照明装置，以及时观察集尘盒中的灰尘量。

本实用新型涉及吸尘器技术领域，具体涉及一种充电式吸尘器，属于国际专利分类A47L5/00“吸尘器的结构特征”技术领域。
背景技术
传统的吸尘器一般由吸尘头、集尘桶、主机、握把等构成，体积较笨重，操作不够灵活方便。吸尘头不能拆卸和替换，集尘桶内的集尘量也无法直观获悉，因而无法及时清除。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，在于提供一种体积小，使用方便灵活，可以根据不同需要更换吸尘头的充电式真空吸尘器。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种充电式真空吸尘器，是由吸尘器主体(1)和其前端连接的拖把体(2)组成；在吸尘器主体(1)的前部的腔体中设有可拆卸透明集尘盒(3)，吸尘器主体(1)由其前端的扁嘴头(8)、手柄(4)、手柄胶垫(5)、开关按钮(6)、排气孔盖(7)、拖把挂钮(9)及抽真空马达、抽真空风叶、电池构成；可拆卸透明集尘盒(3)安置于排气孔盖(7)的与拖把挂钮(9)之间的腔体中，手柄(4)上连接有手柄胶垫(5)，其上设有开关按钮(6)。
拖把体(2)可拆卸地插接于吸尘器主体(1)前端的扁嘴头(8)上，包括拖把上盖(10)、拖把底座(11)，上盖与底座密合连接，其前端设有拖把掩门(12)，拖把连接口前片(13)、拖把连接口后片(14)、风道上片(15)、风道下片(16)、活门(17)、带毛刷的吸尘辊(18)、定位片(19、20)、小齿轮(21)、底托件(22)、小马达(23)、马达传动带(24)、铜环(25、26)、固定轴(27、28)、导电针(29)、拖把头弹弓(30)组成。拖把连接口前片(13)与风道上片(15)、风道下片(16)及导电针(29)与拖把连接口后片(14)通过螺丝连为一体；活门(17)由螺丝连接于拖把底座(11)，底托件(22)插接于拖把底座(11)上。
所述的拖把体(2)内部安装的小马达(23)，通过导线及导电针(29)与吸尘器主体(1)内部的电池连接，小马达(23)通过小齿轮(21)及马达传动带(24)带动带毛刷的吸尘辊(18)转动扫尘。
所述的拖把体(2)可以由可拆式高吸力尖嘴配件及可拆式吸布质的滚筒配件来替换。
在吸尘器主体(1)的前部腔体中，可拆卸透明集尘盒的外部设有发光照明装置。
本实用新型吸尘器的特点是体积小巧玲珑，外形美观，集尘盒外部设有发光照明装置，可以直观地观察集尘量，及时清理。可以更换连接不同的吸尘头配件，以适应不同物体或区域的清扫。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，充电式真空吸尘器主要由两部分组成：吸尘器主体(1)和其前端的拖把体(2)。在吸尘器主体(1)的前部腔体内设有可拆卸透明集尘盒(3)。在吸尘器主体(1)的前部腔体中部安装有发光照明装置，用以观察透明集尘盒(3)中的灰尘量，以便及时清理。
如图2、3所示，吸尘器主体(1)由手柄(4)、手柄胶垫(5)、开关按钮(6)、排气孔盖(7)、拖把挂钮(9)及电池构成，可拆卸透明集尘盒(3)设于排气孔盖(7)的与拖把挂钮(9)之间。手柄(4)上连接手柄胶垫(5)，其上设有开关按钮(6)，电池装入手柄中。拖把体(2)可拆卸地插接于吸尘器主体前部的尖嘴头(8)上，它包括拖把上盖(10)、拖把底座(11)、拖把掩门(12)、拖把连接口前片(13)、拖把连接口后片(14)、风道上片(15)、风道下片(16)、活门(17)、带毛刷的吸尘辊(18)、定位片(19、20)、小齿轮(21)、底托件(22)、小马达(23)、马达传动带(24)、铜环(25、26)、固定轴(27、28)、导电针(29)、拖把头弹弓(30)组成。拖把体(2)插接于吸尘器主体上前端的扁嘴头(8)。拖把上盖(10)连接于拖把底座(11)，侧边由拖把掩门(12)掩闭。拖把连接口前片(13)与风道上片(15)、风道下片(16)及导电针(29)与拖把连接口后片(14)连为一体。活门(17)由螺丝连接于拖把底座(11)，底托件(22)插接于拖把底座(11)上。拖把体中设有带毛刷的吸尘辊(18)，连接定位片(19、20)、铜环(25、26)及固定轴(27、28)，小齿轮(21)与小马达(23)配合，通过马达传动带(24)，带动带毛刷的吸尘辊(18)转动扫尘。
拖把体(2)可以替换为：可拆式高吸力尖嘴配件；可拆式清洁被单、衣物、窗帘等布质的滚筒配件。

1、一种充电式真空吸尘器，其特征在于：它是由吸尘器主体(1)和其前端的拖把体(2)组成；在吸尘器主体(1)的前部腔体中设有发光照明装置及可拆卸透明集尘盒(3)；吸尘器主体(1)是由手柄(4)、手柄胶垫(5)、开关按钮(6)、排气孔盖(7)、拖把挂钮(9)及抽真空马达、抽真空风叶、电池构成，可拆卸透明集尘盒(3)设于排气孔盖(7)的与拖把挂钮(9)之间的腔体中，手柄(4)上扣接手柄胶垫(5)，其上设有开关按钮(6)；拖把体(2)由拖把挂钮(9)控制，可拆卸地插接于吸尘器主体前部的扁嘴头(8)上，拖把体(2)包括拖把上盖(10)、拖把底座(11)、拖把掩门(12)、拖把连接口前片(13)、拖把连接口后片(14)、风道上片(15)、风道下片(16)、、活门(17)、带毛刷的吸尘辊(18)、定位片(19、20)、小齿轮(21)、底托件(22)、小马达(23)、马达传动带(24)、铜环(25、26)、固定轴(27、28)、导电针(29)、拖把头弹弓(30)组成；拖把上盖(10)连接于拖把底座(11)，侧边由拖把掩门(12)掩闭，拖把连接口前片(13)与风道上片(15)、风道下片(16)及导电针(29)与拖把连接口后片(14)连为一体；活门(17)由螺丝连接于拖把底座(11)，底托件(22)插接于底座上；安装在拖把体(2)内部的小马达(23)，通过导电针(29)及导线，与吸尘器主体(1)内的电池连接；带毛刷的吸尘辊(18)，通过小齿轮(21)及马达传动带(24)，与小马达(23)连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的充电式真空吸尘器，其特征在于：所述的拖把体(2)可以替换为：可拆式高吸力尖嘴配件及可拆式清洁布质的滚筒配件。
3、根据权利要求1所述的充电式真空吸尘器，其特征在于：在吸尘器主体(1)前部腔体中、透明集尘盒(3)外设有发光照明装置。
