Abstract

本实用新型主要涉及高尔夫球袋，尤其是高尔夫脚架袋底盘。包括底盘底面和底盘侧帮，其特征在于所述底盘的底盘底面有“U”形形状的过渡面；底盘侧帮在所述过渡面处分为两部分；所述底盘侧帮两部分对接处形成一“V”形缺口。采用上述的结构，在使用时，即可保证底盘与地面的足够的接触面积，保证稳固站立，还由于使用弹性材料，在提起时，靠弹性力能自动收回支架，同时，整个球袋内只需一根支撑管，由于减少了组装件，使得制作简单，组装效率高。

高尔夫脚架袋底盘
技术领域
本实用新型主要涉及高尔夫球袋，尤其是高尔夫脚架袋底盘。
背景技术
现有的高尔夫球袋包括头框03、袋体01、底盘02、脚架支管05、钢线04、活动舌片24，见图1所示，其底盘一般是具有一个带活动舌片的斜面的底盘，在使用时，撑开脚架支管05，随之钢线04拉动活动舌片24，底盘02会产生倾斜，此时由于袋内有很重的球杆，底盘与地面的接触面积小，所以会产生站立不稳的现象，甚至球袋倾倒，很不方便使用。同时，生产制作过程，由于有很多零件组装，增加了很多工序，劳动力成本上升，效率低下。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的高尔夫脚架袋底盘，它克服了以上所述的普通型底盘的缺陷，在脚架支管打开时，底盘触地面积大，稳定性强，站立稳固，制作简单，组装效率高。
本实用新型的技术方案是一种高尔夫脚架袋底盘，包括底盘底面和底盘侧帮，其特征在于所述底盘的底盘底面有“U”形形状的过渡面；底盘侧帮在所述过渡面处分为两部分；所述底盘侧帮两部分对接处形成一“V”形缺口。
上述的高尔夫脚架袋底盘，所述过渡面设在底盘其纵向四分之一处。
上述的高尔夫脚架袋底盘，所述“U”形过渡面与底盘底面是一体的。
上述的高尔夫脚架袋底盘，所述“U”形过渡面与底盘底面可以是胶粘连接。
采用上述的结构，在使用时，即可保证底盘与地面的足够的接触面积，保证稳固站立，还由于使用弹性材料，在提起时，靠弹性力能自动收回支架，同时，整个球袋内只需一根支撑管，由于减少了组装件，使得制作简单，组装效率高。

具体实施方式
图2、图3、图4、图5、图6是本实用新型的技术方案的一种实施例。包括底盘02的底盘底面21和底盘侧帮22，见图2、图3所示，底盘底面21分为两部分211、212，两部分211、212之间靠弹性材料制成的“U”形形状的过渡面23连接，形成一个整体底面，见图4所示；底盘侧帮22在底盘底面21的过渡面23连接处分为两部分；此两部分对接处221成一条线，在对接处221的上面与袋体连接的位置处形成一“V”形缺口222。底盘02一般为塑胶材料，如此，底盘02的两部分211、212在过渡面23塑胶材料本身具有的弹性的作用下可以弯折，如图6所示，并且可以自动恢复原状。“U”形过渡面23可以是底盘底面的一部分，也即是“U”形过渡面23与底盘底面是一体的；另外一种方式也可以是“U”形过渡面23的两个端边粘贴到底盘底面211、212两部分上。
进一步的形式，可以是“U”形过渡面23设在底盘02其纵向四分之一处，在打开脚架支管05时，面积大的一部分触地，也即是有四分之三的面积触地，因此可以保证球袋的稳固性，又可使过渡面23的弹性力充分发挥出来。
将本实用新型高尔夫脚架袋底盘安装在球袋上，如图5所示，使用时，向前斜推球袋，由于袋内有支撑杆，球袋在重心的移动下，底盘02的过渡面23在力的作用下压缩，使得底盘底面在过渡面23处分为两部分，底盘02的211部分便会以过渡面23为轴发生偏转，四分之一的部分向上运动，使得底盘侧帮22上的“V”形缺口222变小，与地面分离；四分之三的部分受力作用，转递到钢线04，再到脚架支管05，从而脚架支管05打开。此偏转可以根据具体的地面情况而改变，以保证底盘02与地面有一个最大的接触面积。在提袋时，由于过渡面23的作用，底盘02便恢复原状，钢线04拉动脚架支管05，脚架支管05恢复原位，实现自动收回脚架支管05。

Claims (4)

1、一种高尔夫脚架袋底盘，包括底盘底面和底盘侧帮，其特征在于所述底盘的底盘底面有“U”形形状的过渡面；底盘侧帮在所述过渡面处分为两部分；所述底盘侧帮两部分对接处形成一“V”形缺口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高尔夫脚架袋底盘，其特征在于所述过渡面设在底盘其纵向四分之一处。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的高尔夫脚架袋底盘，其特征在于所述“U”形过渡面与底盘底面是一体的。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的高尔夫脚架袋底盘，其特征在于所述“U”形过渡面与底盘底面可以是胶粘连接。
