Abstract

众所周知，拉链在人们的生活当中有着广泛的用途。然而，缝置在动态包体上的拉链常常因为拉链手柄的震动滑移而使原本呈封闭状的包腔变为开启状。为了解决该类问题，本实用新型推出一种配对应用磁性拉链手柄。该实用新型由主动吸柄、被动吸柄、柱状磁铁和礼帽状的凹窝壳体组成，主动吸柄上固嵌柱状磁铁，被动吸柄固嵌一磁铁性凹窝壳体；拉链手柄配对应用时，固嵌在主动吸柄的柱状磁铁其外露部分处在被动吸柄上的凹窝壳体内。

背景技术
众所周知，拉链在人们的生活当中有着广泛的用途。然而，目前市场提供的拉链经常出现这样的问题：缝置在动态包体上的拉链常常因为拉链手柄的震动滑移而使原本呈封闭状的包腔变为开启状。为此，一则使一些原本不可以让大家看到的东西暴露出来；二则使得包内的东西沾染上一些尘土。为了能够比较好的解决这一问题，本实用新型推出一种配对应用的磁性拉链手柄。
发明内容
一种配对应用的磁性拉链手柄，它是由主动吸柄、被动吸柄、柱状磁铁和礼帽状的凹窝壳体组成；柱状磁铁的大部分体积固嵌在主动吸柄内，柱状磁铁的外露端面高出手柄配对接触面0.5-1.5MM；被固嵌在被动吸柄配对接触面的凹窝壳体由磁铁性材料制成，其凹窝深度为1.5-2MM；拉链手柄配对应用时，固嵌在主动吸柄的柱状磁铁其外露部分处在被动吸柄上的凹窝壳体内。
由于该对手柄应用时呈吸附加嵌插状，故可以有效的避免因拉链手柄滑动而带来的麻烦。

具体实施方式
当人们将配对的拉链手柄相向接触后，嵌有柱状磁铁(3)的主动吸柄(1)即可将固嵌在被动吸柄(2)上的凹窝壳体(4)给予吸附，主动吸柄(1)上的柱状磁铁(3)其外露部分同时处在凹窝壳体(4)内。这种稳固的配对吸附可以有效的避免上述因拉链手柄滑动而带来的麻烦和不便。

1、一种配对应用的磁性拉链手柄，其特征在于：由主动吸柄、被动吸柄、柱状磁铁和礼帽状的凹窝壳体组成；柱状磁铁的大部分体积固嵌在主动吸柄内，柱状磁铁的外露端面高出手柄配对接触面0.5-1.5MM；被固嵌在被动吸柄配对接触面的凹窝壳体由磁铁性材料制成，其凹窝深度为1.5-2MM；拉链手柄配对应用时，固嵌在主动吸柄的柱状磁铁其外露部分处在被动吸柄上的凹窝壳体内。
