Abstract

一种磁水式增氧机叶轮,特别适用于水产养殖水域曝气作业。其特征是在增氧机叶轮的桨叶上嵌装有永磁体。该叶轮旋转工作时,其桨叶不断搅动、击打、提升水域表层水进行脱气、吸氧的同时,浆叶上的永磁体与水密切接触而使水磁化,由于空气中的氧具有顺磁性,而氧是逆磁性,这就使氧更集中地趋向磁化水,大大提高水的溶氧速度和固氧量;永磁体的强磁场又使水的结构改变,产生许多单分子活化水,为鱼类生长创造了更佳的生态环境。

                          技术领域
本实用新型属于水域曝气装置技术领域,涉及叶轮式增氧机的一种叶轮结构。
                          背景技术
目前,水产养殖业广泛应用的增氧效果较佳的叶轮式增氧机,其叶轮为倒伞式叶轮,伞面外周侧面上间错均布有高低二层叶片,叶轮旋转时就产生二层水跃,从而将水域表层水打成细密水花提升到空中,使水中有害气体逸出,同时吸溶空气中新鲜氧气返落水域,旋转中叶轮中心又形成一定负压,空气即从叶轮伞口平面盖板处开设的洞孔进入水域,使氧气直接混溶于水体内,有效地改善水域的溶氧量。本申请人为了进一步提高叶轮式增氧机的增氧效率,曾对其叶轮进行了技术改进,即在叶轮上浆叶上派生出子浆叶,使叶轮形成三重桨叶,从而产生三层水跃,大大扩大了曝气面积和溶氧面积,大幅度提高了增氧效率。但是要更进一步提高水域的溶氧固氧量,仅靠扩大水体与空气的接触交流面积是不够的,而且提高水体含氧量仅是改善水质的一个方面。
                          发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是对现有叶轮式增氧机的叶轮进行技术改进,使其对水域增氧的同时使水活化。
根据经过磁体磁化过的水具有活性的原理,本实用新型的技术设计方案是:在增氧机叶轮的浆叶上安装永磁体。
本实用新型叶轮旋转工作时,其浆叶不断搅动、击打、提升水域表层水进行脱气吸氧的同时,浆叶上的永磁体与水密切接触而使水磁化,由于空气中的氧具有顺磁性,而氮是逆磁性,这就使氧更集中地趋向磁化水,大大提高水的溶氧速度和固氧量;永磁体的强磁场又使水的结构改变,产生许多单分子活化水,为鱼类生长创造了更好的生态环境。

                     具体实施方式
实施例,本实用新型叶轮的轮体1,其外周侧面上间错均布安装有下浆叶2、上浆叶3,上浆叶3上还设有子浆叶4,在上述各浆叶上均嵌装有一个中空短柱形永磁体5。永磁体5优选采用钕铁硼永磁材料制作。轮体1的各浆叶也可间错均布嵌装永磁体5或单独在下浆叶2或上浆叶3或上桨叶的子浆叶4上嵌装永磁体5。

Claims (4)

1、一种磁水式增氧机叶轮,其特征在于叶轮(1)的浆叶上嵌装有永磁体(5)。
2、按权利要求1所述的磁水式增氧机叶轮,其特征在于永磁体(5)的结构为中空短柱形。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的磁水式增氧机叶轮,其特征在于永磁体(5)的优选材料是钕铁硼永磁材料。
4、按权利要求1所述的磁水式增氧机叶轮,其特征是在叶轮的下浆叶(2)、上浆叶(3)和上浆叶的子浆叶(4)上均嵌装有一个永磁体(5),或各浆叶间错均布嵌装永磁体(5)或单独在下浆叶(2)或上浆叶(3)或上浆叶的子浆叶(4)上嵌装永磁体(5)。
