Abstract

一种带锁髓内钉磁力探针,是对现有髓内钉探针的改进,其结构特点是在针体的前端还安装有一块磁铁。使用时,本实用新型前端的磁铁伸入到钉孔位置,与髓内钉远端钉孔定位装置的瞄准指示器磁铁配合,利用两块磁铁相互吸引确定钉孔位置,操作非常方便,瞄准定位准确,可以大大减小手术难度,缩短手术时间。

本实用新型涉及骨科用医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种插装在带锁髓内钉内的探针。
背景技术
目前,带锁髓内钉内固定技术在临床上已得到普遍应用,但髓内钉远端钉孔的定位是手术中很难操作的技术问题,一直未能得到很好地解决,由于钉孔定位不准确而造成钻孔失败的现象时有发生,从而延长手术时间,增加病人痛苦,影响手术效果。为提高钻孔准确性,通常采用X光定位,不仅操作复杂,还会对病人和医生造成辐射损害。现有的髓内钉探针仅是一根细长的金属杆,不能对髓内钉远端钉孔进行准确定位。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种带锁髓内钉磁力探针,以便于对带锁髓内钉远端钉孔瞄准定位,从而减小手术难度,提高手术效果。
本实用新型是对现有髓内钉探针的改进,其结构特点是在针体的前端安装有一块磁铁。
本实用新型针体的后端带有向上的弯折。针体的后部装有限位块或/和带有刻度。
使用时,本实用新型前端的磁铁伸入到钉孔位置,与髓内钉远端钉孔定位装置的瞄准指示器磁铁配合,利用两块磁铁相互吸引确定钉孔位置,操作非常方便,瞄准定位准确,可以大大减小手术难度,缩短手术时间,减轻病人痛苦,提高手术质量。本实用新型结构简单,医生很容易掌握操作方法,便于推广普及。

具体实施方式
在附图所示实施例中,本实用新型同样具有细长的针体1,在针体1的前端安装有磁铁2,磁铁2装在针体1上的长孔中,由装在针体端部的螺钉3固紧。针体1的后端带有向上的弯折5,弯折端可以插在髓内钉远端钉孔定位装置手柄的小孔中,以对正磁铁2的磁极方向。针体1的后部装有限位块4或/和带有刻度,用以限定磁铁2的插入深度,使其与钉孔对准。

1、一种带锁髓内钉磁力探针,其特征是在针体(1)的前端安装有磁铁(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带锁髓内钉磁力探针,其特征是针体(1)的后端带有弯折(5)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的带锁髓内钉磁力探针,其特征是在针体(1)的后部装有限位块(4)。
4、根据权利要求1或3所述的带锁髓内钉磁力探针,其特征是在针体(1)的后部带有刻度。
