Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种帐篷侧支撑杆的端部连接件，套设于侧支撑杆的端部，该连接件端部设有一延长段，该延长段的方向顺应与之相枢接的另一侧支撑杆端部在帐篷展开时的方向，从而可增加两端部枢接的侧支撑杆的交叉接触面积，以增加侧支撑杆的抗风性能。而该连接件不改变原有帐篷各杆件的规格，因此不会出现习知技术加工成本高，装配易出错的现象，且可方便对现有帐篷进行改造。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种帐篷侧支撑杆的端部连接件。
背景技术
现有技术中，可折叠式帐篷的撑杆架结构，通常包括若干柱杆及顶部支撑杆，而在每相邻两根柱杆之间还设置有若干交叉支撑杆组，该交叉支撑杆组则由两根侧支撑杆相互交叉枢接而成。在实际使用时发现，这种交叉支撑杆组的抗风性不强，这是因为：两相邻交叉支撑杆组的侧支撑杆相互枢接的端部交叉接触面过小(如图1所示)，当风力过大时，交叉支撑杆组向一侧偏移，由于端部枢接的接触面小，使两侧支撑杆无法相互抵靠，因此在强风的作用下，致使整个帐篷左右偏摆。
为解决上述缺陷，很容易使人想到将侧支撑杆端部枢接点以外的杆件加长，以增加接触面。但由于帐篷在撑起后，两端部枢接的侧支撑杆具有一定的角度，单纯将端部加长并不能使接触面加大，而必须将侧支撑杆的端部弯折一角度，以适应与之枢接的侧支撑杆的方向。以这种方式来增加接触面，虽可有效提高侧支撑杆的抗风性能，但也存在下列不足之处：
1、端部具有一角度的侧支撑杆加工不易，因此使成本提高。
2、此方式使各根侧支撑杆的规格不同，因此装配时需仔细辨认，稍有不慎则易出错。
3、因为将整根侧支撑杆的规格改变，因此不能对现有帐篷进行改造，使用不够灵活。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种帐篷侧支撑杆的端部连接件，其可增加两端部枢接的侧支撑杆的交叉接触面积，且成本低、装配容易，还可方便对现有帐篷进行改造。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种帐篷侧支撑杆的端部连接件，套设于侧支撑杆的端部，该连接件端部设有一延长段，该延长段的方向顺应与之相枢接的另一侧支撑杆端部在帐篷展开时的方向。
采用上述方案后，由于本实用新型在帐篷侧支撑杆的端部连接件上增加了延长段，其可增加两端部枢接的侧支撑杆的交叉接触面积，从而可增加侧支撑杆的抗风性能。而且该连接件不改变原有帐篷各杆件的规格，因此不会出现习知技术加工成本高，装配易出错的现象，且可方便对现有帐篷进行改造；另外，该连接件一般为塑胶件，制造成本低。

具体实施方式
如图2、3所示，本实用新型所述的连接件1套设于帐篷侧支撑杆2的端部，其类似于习知侧支撑杆端部所套设的堵头，而该连接件1端部设有一延长段11，该延长段11的方向顺应与之相枢接的另一侧支撑杆2端部在帐篷展开时的方向，从而增加两端部枢接的侧支撑杆2的交叉接触面积。
如图4、5所示，所述的连接件1套设于两根端部相互枢接的侧支撑杆2其中的一根端部，当帐篷展开后，连接件1的延长段11抵靠在另一侧支撑杆2上，即使风力增加，也可使两侧支撑杆2相互抵靠而增加其抗风性能。而且该连接件1不改变原有帐篷各杆件的规格，因此不会出现习知技术加工成本高，装配易出错的现象，且可方便对现有帐篷进行改造；另外，该连接件1一般为塑胶件，制造成本低。
