本实用新型属于一种装在玻璃浴室门上与轨道配合使用的夹持玻璃的滚轮机构。
背景技术
目前，在玻璃浴室门上装的滚轮机构是双轮，该双轮的轮子架因受力不均，不宜采用塑料材质，必须采用金属材质，相对成本高；双轮结构在弧形滑轨中动道受限制；轮子支架是分体结构，发生碰撞时，容易产生移位，安装调节也不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种成本低、滑动顺畅、不易产生移位、安装调节方便的夹持玻璃的滚轮机构。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，它包括轮子、轮子架、轮子支架，所述的轮子架的前端是固定轮子的轮轴，轮子架的后部设调节螺孔；轮子支架的后盖与玻璃保护套是为一体结构。
本实用新型克服了原有产品中存在的不足之处，具有成本低、滑动顺畅、不易产生移位、安装调节方便、结构简单等特点。

具体实施方式
参照图1，它是轮子1、轮子架2、轮子支架3组成。所述的轮子1为单轮子。所述的轮子架2的前端是固定轮子的轮轴12，轮轴12居中设有固定孔5，轮子架2的后部设有调节螺孔4，调节螺孔4与轮轴12的固定孔5相垂直。轮子支架3的后盖6与玻璃保护套7的是一体结构，玻璃保护套7为一个三面封闭体，玻璃保护套7的上下端是敞开口，玻璃保护套7后端(也是与轮子架2相邻的一端)是后封闭面，其前端是敞开口，玻璃保护套7的左封闭相对的右封闭面也是后盖6的后壁。在后盖6上设有与调节螺孔4相对应的连接螺孔9。玻璃10装在玻璃保护套7内由螺丝11连接固定，调节螺孔4与连接螺孔9中装入螺丝把轮子架2和轮子支架3连接，把轮子1装在轮轴12上在固定孔5中装入螺丝，轮子1置于轨道8中通过轮子架和轮子支架带动玻璃保护套中的玻璃滑动。轮子架2和轮子支架3均可采用聚酰胺-66(PA-66)材质。
