本实用新型涉及一种用于太阳能电池封装的太阳能电池胶膜。
技术背景
目前使用的太阳能电池胶膜,以EVA为原料,添加各种改性助剂,经加热后挤压成薄膜状平面胶膜。由于胶膜具有一定的粘性,故在卷收成筒状后,出现层与层之间粘结的情况,给包装和裁切加工时带来不便。后来采用在收卷时衬上衬纸的办法,但增加了成本,裁切加工仍然不便,而且使用面积稍大时还容易产生气隙导致粘结的强度不够。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种胶膜之间不会粘在一起,收卷和使用方便,使用时不产生气隙、粘结强度好的太阳能电池胶膜。
为实现以上目的,本实用新型的太阳能电池胶膜是这样的:所述胶膜的至少一面压有凸起的花纹。
所述凸起的花纹呈四棱锥状。
所述凸起的花纹呈四棱台状。
本实用新型结构的太阳能电池胶膜因在其表面采用了有凹凸的花纹,特别是采用了四棱锥状和四棱台状的设计,不仅避免了胶膜之间的互相粘结,使产品的使用更方便;还可在使用时经加热固化,起到重新均布胶膜厚度的作用。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型的太阳能电池胶膜,在胶膜1一面或两面压有凸起的花纹2,这种花纹2最好是四棱锥状或四棱台状。它是EVA原料添加各种改性助剂后经加热挤出并经压辊热压成型,再经冷却定型形成本产品。设计成这种凸起的四棱锥状和四棱台状的结构,用户在使用时加热固化后不仅不会产生气隙,还能起到均布胶膜厚度的作用,使压出的太阳能电池板更平整、粘结性更好;而且这种结构具有更好的透光性使固化后的太阳能电池板的透光率得以提高。

2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池胶膜,其特征在于所述凸起的花纹(2)呈四棱锥状。
3、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池胶膜,其特征在于所述凸起的花纹(2)呈四棱台状。
