Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种填充式绝热节能慢炖锅。该填充式绝热节能慢炖锅包括有锅盖、瓷锅、外壳、内套、底座及发泡保温层,所述发泡保温层是用发泡材料直接填充在外壳与内套之间及底座与内套之间,发热元件安装在内套上,本实用新型具有良好隔热保温作用且导热效果显著,节能效果明显。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种慢炖锅,特别是一种填充式绝热节能慢炖锅。
背景技术
现有的慢炖锅是由锅盖、瓷锅、外壳、内套、发热元件、底座组成。发热元件发热传导给内套,再通过内套传导至瓷锅。由于内套与瓷锅通常有2~4mm的间隙,其传热大部分是通过空气及热幅射来传导。外壳与内套之间是由空气层保温,大部分的热量通过空气及热幅射向外壳传递,并向外散失。因此,这种结构的慢炖锅外壳温度高、热效率低、保温效果差、能耗大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种既能隔热保温又有良好导热性能的填充式绝热节能慢炖锅。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,包括有锅盖、瓷锅、外壳、内套、底座,发热元件及发泡保温层,所述发泡保温层是用发泡材料直接填充在外壳与内套之间及底座与内套之间,所述发热元件安装在内套上。
进一步地,填充式绝热节能慢炖锅还包括有隔热环,所述隔热环支撑在外壳与内套之间的端口上。
进一步地,填充式绝热节能慢炖锅还包括有加热套、弹簧、螺栓,所述加热套由弹簧通过螺栓支撑在内套上,发热元件安装在加热套上。
进一步地,填充式绝热节能慢炖锅的发热元件为发热板。
进一步地,填充式绝热节能慢炖锅的发热元件为环形发热管。
进一步地,填充式绝热节能慢炖锅的发热元件为环形发热带。
采用本实用新型提供的技术方案,由于外壳与内套之间、底座与内套之间填充发泡材料,故有良好隔热保温作用,节能效果明显。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,一种填充式绝热节能慢炖锅包括有锅盖1、瓷锅2、外壳3、内套4、发泡保温层5、底座7和发热元件11,所述发泡保温层是用聚氨酯或其它发泡材料直接填充在外壳3与内套4之间及底座7与内套4之间,所述发热元件11安装在内套4上。
如图2所示,作为一种填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,包括有锅盖1、瓷锅2、外壳3、内套4、发泡保温层5、隔热环6、底座7和发热元件11,隔热环6支撑在外壳3与内套4之间的端口上。
如图3所示的一种填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,包括有锅盖1、瓷锅2、外壳3、内套4、发泡保温层5、隔热环6、底座7、发热元件11、加热套8、弹簧9、螺栓10,加热套8由弹簧9通过螺栓10支撑在内套4上,发热元件11为发热板,发热板11安装在加热套8上。
如图4所示的一种填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,包括有锅盖1、瓷锅2、外壳3、内套4、发泡保温层5、隔热环6、底座7、发热元件11、加热套8、弹簧9、螺栓10,加热套8由弹簧9通过螺栓10支撑在内套4上,发热元件11为环形发热管,环形发热管安装在加热套8上。
如图5所示的一种填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,包括有锅盖1、瓷锅2、外壳3、内套4、发泡保温层5、隔热环6、底座7、发热元件11、加热套8、弹簧9、螺栓10,加热套8由弹簧9通过螺栓10支撑在内套4上,发热元件11为环形发热带,环形发热带安装在加热套8上。
如以上所述的实施例中,所述发热板、环形发热管、环形发热带的发热元件均为已有技术,由于隔热环6是用耐温塑料加工成形,有良好隔热作用。所述发泡保温层5是用聚氨酯或其它发泡材料直接填充在外壳3与内套4之间及底座7与内套4之间。该保温层的填充材料也可用硅酸铝保温材料或玻璃纤维保温材料。由此方案组成的壳体能有效阻止热量向外壳传导,使外壳温度很低,成为俗称的“冷外壳”。所述加热套8由弹簧9通过螺栓10支撑在内套里侧,加热套8通过弹簧9和螺栓10的作用可上下移动,使之与瓷锅2紧密接触,使导热效果显著,节能效果明显。

Claims (7)

1、一种填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,包括有锅盖、瓷锅、外壳、内套、底座,发热元件,其特征在于:所述填充式绝热节能慢炖锅还包括有发泡保温层,所述发泡保温层是用发泡材料直接填充在外壳与内套之间及底座与内套之间,所述发热元件安装在内套上。
2、如权利要求1所述的填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,其特征在于:所述填充式绝热节能慢炖锅还包括有隔热环,所述隔热环支撑在外壳与内套之间的端口上。
3、如权利要求2所述的填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,其特征在于:所述填充式绝热节能慢炖锅还包括有加热套、弹簧、螺栓;所述加热套由弹簧通过螺栓支撑在内套上,所述发热元件安装在加热套上。
4、如权利要求3所述的填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,其特征在于:所述的发热元件为发热板。
5、如权利要求3所述的填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,其特征在于:所述的发热元件为环形发热管。
6、如权利要求3所述的填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,其特征在于:所述的发热元件为环形发热带。
7、如权利要求1至6中任一权利要求所述的填充式绝热节能慢炖锅,其特征在于:所述的发泡保温层可用聚氨酯发泡材料、硅酸铝保温材料或玻璃纤维保温材料直接填充在外壳与内套之间及底座与内套之间。
