Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种无焰式烘炉机,主要由燃烧设备,配风风道和风机所组成,所述燃烧设备包括燃烧室,配风器和油枪,配风器内还装有可移动的旋流器,旋流器的移动可得到不同的旋流强度和不同的空气动力场,其配风风道包括冷风风道,周界风道和燃烧空气风道,各风道中均装有各自的挡板,以便调节风量,油枪的油量调节比大于8,并用空气雾化,通过油枪油量的调节,控制烘炉机输出的热量,掺入冷风和周界风与燃油后的高温烟气混合,使烘炉机出口为无焰热烟气,其温度控制在200-850℃的范围内,该烘炉机与传统烘炉方式比较大大缩短了烘干周期、节约一半以上能量,对内衬材料无任何损伤,取得了极其显著的经济效益,它具有广阔的开拓前景。

无焰式烘炉机
一、技术领域
本实用新型属于热工设备领域,它特别涉及专门烘炉的热工设备,一种用于烘干新装的循环流化床锅炉或工业炉窑内壁所装内衬材料。
二、背景技术
无论是流化床锅炉或各种工业炉窑,其内衬材料均是在炉安装时就地浇注或砌筑而成,随后进行干燥、培烧。为保证烘干的质量和达到所要求的性能指标,必须严格地按照规定的程序进行烘炉,传统的烘干方式是在新砌筑的炉内燃烧木材、焦炭或者喷油,使其产生高温火焰,逐渐烘干,这些都属于有焰燃烧。上述方式的缺陷是无法有效地控制炉内的燃烧热量和温度,也无法严格控制内衬材料的升温速率,致使烘炉过程中,其耐火、耐磨的内衬材料遭受过烧损坏,这不仅拖延了设备的投运时间,还将影响锅炉的长期安全可靠运行,特别是这种烘炉方式成本特别高。
三、发明内容
针对存在的上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供这样一种专门烘炉用的热工设备—无焰式烘炉机,它可为烘干炉的内衬材料提供热量和温度可调的无火焰热源,达到理想的烘炉目标并确保内衬材料的烘干过程无任何损坏,保证其使用性能。它不仅缩短了烘炉时间,而且节约了大量的烘炉用油,具有可观的经济效益。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下的技术措施:该烘炉机主要包括燃烧设备,配风风道和风机;所述燃烧设备包括燃烧室,配风器和油枪,配风器中装有可移动的旋流器,其配风风道包括冷却风道,周界风道和燃烧空气风道;上述各风道的内部内都分别装有各自的挡板,以便调节风量,风机的出口同时与上述三个风道的接口进行连接。
这种结构的主要优点为:
1.采用油量调节比大于8的油枪,在配风器配风下,油进入燃烧室进行充分燃烧,在燃烧室的周界和出口掺入冷风来控制烘炉机出口的烟气温度,调节各风道的挡板,以使烘炉过程可提供烘炉所需的能控制热量和温度的无火焰热源。
2、传统的烘炉需要木材数百立方米和数十吨焦炭和油量,采用本装置,每台锅炉只需布置10~14台烘炉机,耗油量为以往传统耗油量的一半,时间由过去的十余天缩短为7天,节约了大量的能源。
四、附图说明
图为本实用新型无焰式烘炉机结构示意图。
如图所示,主要由燃烧设备、配风风道和风机所组成。所述燃烧设备包括燃烧室1,配风器5和利用空气雾化式、油量调节比大于8的油枪8。所述配风器5中装有可移动的旋流器7,旋流器7前后移动可以得到不同的旋流强度和空气动力场;调节配风器的配风方式,可达到油量大幅度变化下仍可保持稳定和充分燃烧的目的。所述燃烧室1为油燃烧所必须的绝热燃烧空间,使油充分燃烧,以保证烘炉机出口为无焰热烟气。所述配风风道包括冷却风风道2,周界风道3和燃烧空气风道4;冷却风风道2和周界风道3的作用是将冷风掺入燃烧室出口和周界,使烘炉机出口烟气温度控制在200℃~850℃的范围内。冷却风风道2中装有冷却风风道挡板12,周界风道3中装有周界风道挡板13,燃烧空气风道4中装有燃烧空气风道挡板6,用于调节各风道的风量。所述风机9的出口同时连接冷却风道2、周界风道3和燃烧空气风道4的三个接口,以便为上述风道提供风源。油枪8上装有油阀门10和雾化空气阀门11。
五、具体实施例
采用本实用新型的无焰式烘炉机提供无焰热源烘炉已在山东里彦电厂的135MW机组循环流化床锅炉,淄博山国电热公司的135MW机组循环流化床锅炉以及山东众和热电公司260t/h循环流化床锅炉上得到了应用,每台锅炉上布置10——14台烘炉机,将热源送入锅炉各部位,送入的热源完全满足内衬材料的干燥和升温。经过160小时的烘炉,完全达到内衬材料无损和干燥的目标,较传统方式不但省去了数百立方米的木材和数十吨焦炭,而且耗油也节约一半以上,烘炉周期缩短一倍,直接和间接的经济效益极为显著。

1.无焰式烘炉机,主要由燃烧设备、配风风道和风机所组成,其特征在于:所述燃烧设备包括燃烧室(1),配风器(5)和利用空气雾化、油量调节比大于8的油枪(8);所述配风器(5)中装有可移动的旋流器(7),所述配风风道包括冷却风风道(2),周界风道(3)和燃烧空气风道(4),冷却风风道(2)内装有冷却风风道挡板(12),周界风道(3)内装有周界风道挡板(13)和燃烧空气风道(4)内装有燃烧空气风道挡板(6),所述风机(9)的出口同时连接冷却风道(2),周界风道(3)和燃烧空气风道(4)的三个风道接口。
2.如权利要求1所述的无焰式烘炉机,其特征在于:油枪(8)上装有油阀门(10)和雾化空气阀门(11)。
