Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种法兰，尤其是横截面采用h形的铝合金风管连接法兰。其设有横截面为与外接风管相吻合的“U”形的法兰扣，在法兰扣的一侧边反向延设法兰卡板，法兰整体的横截面呈“h”形。由于采用横截面呈h形的铝合金法兰结构，利用法兰扣和法兰卡片以及连接件与风管固定，并在法兰扣内侧以及法兰卡片内侧设有防滑纹，增强了法兰与风管壁结合的牢固度。其密封性好、强度高、防火性能好、加工制造容易、安装使用方便、外形美观、省工省时省材料。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种法兰，尤其是横截面采用h形的铝合金风管连接法兰。
背景技术
已有的连接风管的法兰主要有角钢法兰和PVC插销法兰。但以上2种法兰存在以下缺点：(1)角钢法兰采用螺栓连接，法兰需钻孔且钻孔量大。另外在安装或者拆卸法兰时还需耗用大量的螺栓和装拆工时，费工费时，同时泄漏量大。(2)PVC插销法兰采用造模成型，生产工艺相对较为复杂，法兰尺寸精度受生产中多种因素影响，造成实际安装过程中法兰与插销配合太松或太紧，无法插入，同时泄漏量大，防火性能较差，强度较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种密封性好、强度高、防火性能好、加工制造容易、安装使用方便、外形美观、省工省时省材料的风管连接法兰。为此，本实用新型采用横截面呈h形的铝合金法兰结构。
本实用新型设有横截面为与外接风管相吻合的“U”形的法兰扣，在法兰扣的一侧边反向延设法兰卡板，法兰整体的横截面呈“h”形。
在法兰扣的至少一内侧面设防滑纹，在法兰卡板的内侧也可设防滑纹，以便增强法兰与风管壁结合的牢固度。
使用时，法兰扣扣住风管，法兰卡板与法兰扣的底侧扣住另一风管，并用连接件将法兰扣和法兰卡板固定于风管上。所说的连接件可选用连接杆。
由于采用横截面呈h形的铝合金法兰结构，利用法兰扣和法兰卡板以及连接件与风管固定，并在法兰扣内侧以及法兰卡板内侧设有防滑纹，增强了法兰与风管壁结合的牢固度。本实用新型密封性好、强度高、防火性能好、加工制造容易、安装使用方便、外形美观、省工省时省材料。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，设有横截面为与外接风管相吻合的“U”形的法兰扣1，在法兰扣1的一侧边11反向延设法兰卡板2，法兰整体的横截面呈“h”形。
在法兰扣的侧边11、12内侧面分别设防滑纹13、14，在法兰卡板2的内侧设防滑纹21，以便增强法兰与风管壁结合的牢固度。
如图3所示，使用时，法兰扣1扣住风管3，法兰卡板2与法兰扣1的底侧15扣住另一风管4，并用连接件5、6将法兰扣和法兰卡板固定于风管上。所说的连接件可选用连接杆。

1、h型铝合金风管连接法兰，其特征在于设有横截面为与外接风管相吻合的“U”形的法兰扣，在法兰扣的一侧边反向延设法兰卡板，法兰整体的横截面呈“h”形。
2、如权利要求1所述的h型铝合金风管连接法兰，其特征在于在法兰扣的至少一内侧面设防滑纹。
3、如权利要求1所述的h型铝合金风管连接法兰，其特征在于在法兰卡板的内侧设防滑纹。
