Abstract

一种无痛抑菌润滑医用导管,解决现有超润滑导管因受体液浸润而膨胀,挤压黏膜组织并使患者产生新的痛苦的问题。本实用新型包括导管管体,在导管管体表面涂有一层由非水溶性润滑基质、医用镇痛有效成分和抑菌有效成分混合而成的缓释镇痛抑菌润滑层。该导尿管以非水溶性基质作为润滑层的载体材料,不受体液浸润的影响,不会发生膨胀,因此排除了水溶性润滑导管膨胀挤压黏膜组织而造成的新的痛苦。具有缓释作用,可将镇痛和抑菌有效成分缓慢释放出来,在局部形成一种无痛抗感染的良好效果,降低感染率的发生。由于导尿管涂层中含有局部镇痛物质,在使用时可以缓解患者的烧灼感和疼痛感。导尿管外壁涂有润滑基质,使操作更加方便,为患者和临床医护人员带来了舒适、安全和便利。

无痛抑菌润滑医用导管
【技术领域】:本实用新型涉及一种临床使用的医疗辅助器械,特别是一种润滑导管。
【背景技术】:医用导管(如导尿管、灌肠管等)是临床必不可少的最常用的医疗辅助器械,特别是导尿时使用的导尿管。目前使用的导尿管虽然品种很多,但大多局限在用途和形式上的变化,这些导尿管普遍存在一个缺点,既普通导尿管管壁在插入时与尿道组织之间的摩擦力较大,会使患者有强烈的烧灼和疼痛感,且易损伤黏膜上皮组织而引发感染;同时还会给医护人员在操作过程中带来诸多不便。
针对上述缺点,国内外已有抗菌导尿管和超滑导尿管产品问世,同时在这些导尿管的基础上又有一些新的发展,如国家知识产权局于2001年7月4日公开的00215920.1号《抗菌超润滑导管》的实用新型专利,是将原有导尿管表面的抗菌涂层和或超滑涂层改为“由水溶性高分子润滑材料和医用抗菌材料混合组成的缓释抗菌润滑层”,这种改是将原有的抗菌和润滑合二为一,虽然可以同时兼有抗菌和润滑的两种作用,但是这种导管因使用的是水溶性高分子润滑材料,在受到体液的浸润时会发生膨胀,造成对黏膜组织的挤压,使其循环不畅并产生新的痛苦。
【发明内容】:本实用新型目的就是解决现有超润滑导管因受体液浸润而膨胀,挤压黏膜组织并使患者产生新的痛苦的问题,提供一种无痛抑菌润滑医用导管。
本实用新型无痛抑菌润滑医用导管,包括导管管体,在导管管体表面涂有一层由非水溶性润滑基质、医用镇痛有效成份和抑菌有效成份混合而成的缓释镇痛抑菌润滑层。该缓释镇痛抑菌润滑层的厚度为0.05-1.0mm。
本实用新型的优点及效果:1、该导尿管以非水溶性基质作为润滑层的载体材料,不受体液浸润的影响,不会发生膨胀,因此排除了水溶性润滑导管膨胀挤压黏膜组织而造成的新的痛苦。2、具有缓释作用,可将镇痛和抑菌有效成份缓慢释放出来,有效延长导尿管在留置尿道内抑菌成份的有效浓度停留时间,在局部形成一种无痛抗感染的良好效果,降低感染率的发生。3、由于导尿管涂层中含有局部镇痛物质,在使用时可以缓解患者的烧灼感和疼痛感。4、导尿管外壁涂有润滑基质,使操作更加方便,为患者和临床医护人员带来了舒适、安全和便利。

【具体实施方式】:
实施例1
如图1所示,该新型无痛抑菌润滑医用导管,包括导管管体1,在导管管体表面涂有一层缓释镇痛抑菌润滑层2,该缓释镇痛抑菌润滑层是将医用镇痛有效成份3和抑菌有效成份4与非水溶性润滑基质载体材料5按医用允许使用比例充分混匀,并均匀涂布在导尿管管体1的外壁上而成,见图2。该缓释镇痛抑菌润滑层的厚度为0.05-1.0mm。
其中,医用镇痛有效成份为目前临床常用的局部可外用镇痛药剂,如丁卡因、普鲁卡因等,抑菌有效成份为临床常用的泌尿系统抗感染药物,如氟哌酸等。

Claims (2)

1、一种无痛抑菌润滑医用导管,包括导管管体,其特征是在导管管体表面涂有一层由非水溶性润滑基质、医用镇痛有效成份和抑菌有效成份混合而成的缓释镇痛抑菌润滑层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无痛抑菌润滑医用导管,其特征是缓释镇痛抑菌润滑层的厚度为0.05-1.0mm。
