本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保健木屐，该产品不仅穿着透气，而且具有一定的保健按摩作用，长期使用有利于人体健康。
本实用新型是这样构成的，包括竹质或木质的鞋底和鞋绊，其特征在于：鞋底的上表面呈趋于人体脚底弧度的曲面，其上依据脚底穴位分布有规则地布设有光滑小凸体，小凸体间穿插布设有小磁块，所述的小凸体和小磁块的高度随人体脚底弧度的变化而设定。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保健木屐，其特征在于：所述的鞋绊经螺钉与鞋底两侧相联接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保健木屐，其特征在于：所述的弹性体为EVA塑料泡沫体。
