本实用新型涉及一种由瓶身、瓶盖组成的塑盒包装。瓶身为扁方形，采用食品级透明的聚酯PET材料制作，瓶口为四旋螺扣，在瓶坯定位环上设一个三角形的定位槽，保证瓶口螺纹起止点与瓶身的角度，以便拧紧后瓶盖与瓶身形成一个完整的正方体；瓶盖采用食品级聚丙烯PP材料制成，带有内塞的四旋螺扣，与瓶身螺扣紧密结合，拧紧后有三处密封，防止进气和漏汤。PET和PP材料具有一定的耐压性和阻透性，以保证内在产品的的安全稳定性和保质期，同时，具有一定的光洁度和透明度，以确保良好的视觉效果。本实用新型为一次性非再充灌，结构简单，制作工艺方便，比玻璃瓶更防碎、更轻便，并能重复旋紧。

本实用新型涉及一种塑料包装盒，特别涉及应用于各种固液混合的食品包装。
背景技术
目前，轻便、弹性而经济的一次性非再充灌聚酯PET包装占了全球包装总和的三分之一强。从1998年到2002年产量提高了50％，仅次于玻璃包装，排在包装材料的第二位。喜力欧洲啤酒公司突破了玻璃瓶的传统，近期推出具有六个月货架期而口味不受影响的PET塑料瓶包装啤酒，对市场造成了极大的冲击。随着科技的发展，PET包装除了共挤出吹塑啤酒瓶技术之外，在PET瓶内涂覆技术也获得了成功，法国聚酯吹塑机生产商SIDEL公司最近推出PET啤酒瓶等离子技术，这种无定型碳处理内表面(ACTIS)新技术是在单层PET瓶内表面镀了一层高度氢化物的无定型碳，对瓶的回收再利用无影响，对O2的阻透性比纯PET瓶提高了30倍，对CO2的阻透性提高了7倍，其成本却低于玻璃瓶和金属铝罐，而包装啤酒的味道和玻璃瓶没有区别。
除此之外，一些休闲食品，如：话梅、糖果、巧克力、瓜子等已采用了PET包装。在调味品领域，芝麻酱、辣椒酱等已纷纷采用PET作为包装材料。本实用新型塑盒包装应用于腐乳产品行业尚属首次，尤其采用方型结构，更适合腐乳产品方块的特点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种一次性使用，开启、携带方便的塑盒包装。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样实现的：该塑盒包装由瓶身、瓶盖组成。瓶身为扁方形，采用食品级透明的聚酯PET材料制作，瓶口为四旋螺扣，在瓶坯定位环上设一个三角形的定位槽，保证瓶口螺纹起止点与瓶身的角度，以便拧紧后瓶盖与瓶身形成一个完整的正方体；瓶盖采用食品级聚丙烯PP材料制成，带有内塞的四旋螺扣，与瓶身螺扣紧密结合，拧紧后有三处密封，防止进气和漏汤，克服了传统包装的渗漏现象。PET和PP材料具有一定的耐压性和阻透性，以保证内在产品的的安全稳定性和保质期，同时，具有一定的光洁度和透明度，以确保良好的视觉效果，体现了传统食品与环保理念的结合。
本实用新型为一次性非再充灌，结构简单，制作工艺方便，比玻璃瓶更防碎、更轻便，并能重复旋紧。

该塑盒包装由瓶身、瓶盖组成，包装物为腐乳，总质量为26±0.5g，轻便小巧，方便携带。瓶身为扁方形，采用食品级透明的聚酯PET材料制作，瓶口为四旋螺扣，在瓶坯定位环上设一个三角形的定位槽，瓶口螺纹起止点与瓶身的角度为45°，以便拧紧后瓶盖与瓶身形成一个完整的正方体；瓶盖采用食品级聚丙烯PP材料制成，带有内塞的四旋螺扣，与瓶身螺扣紧密结合，拧紧后有三处密封，防止进气和漏汤。
