本实用新型保温玻璃,涉及各种建筑上门窗和带幕墙采光所用的玻璃,是由两块面积大小相同的玻璃(4)与四周密封框(3)密封固定连接,两块玻璃之间装有支撑肋(2)增加玻璃强度,密封框上装有抽空管(1),通过抽空管将两块玻璃之间的空气排出后,形成了真空保温层(6),抽空管密封后放入边框槽内。本实用新型实现了玻璃保温的最佳效果。

背景技术
现有建筑上的门窗和幕墙玻璃,大部分采用单层玻璃,达不到室内冬季保温的目的,在我国北方地区采用双层窗来进行室内保温,但双层窗使投资加大,也很难保证室温的效果。随着建筑物室内节能的不断提高,门窗幕墙玻璃在北方地区,如何达到最理想的室内保温效果,是急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型发明的目的是提供一种保温玻璃,是由大小相同的两层玻璃(4)、密封框(3)、支撑筋(2)、抽空管(1)、真空层(6)构成。用相同的双层玻璃(4),其四周设有密封框(3),两层玻璃之间为保证玻璃抗力强度装有支撑筋(2),密封框(3)端部设有抽空管(1),抽完两层玻璃之间的空气后,将抽空管(1)封闭,两层玻璃之间产生真空层(6),实现了玻璃保温的目的,并解决了双层玻璃不能带真空保温层的问题,达到了高效玻璃保温的效果。

最佳实施例
本实用新型保温玻璃,是由大小相同的两层玻璃(4)、密封框(3)、支撑筋(2)、抽空管(1)、真空层(6)构成。实施例为,将大小相同的两块玻璃(4)分别放在密封框(3)上,先将一面玻璃(4)与密封框(3)固定后,装入支撑筋(2),并固定第2块玻璃(4)与密封框平面四周连接,密封框(3)与两层玻璃连接处,用密封胶(5)密封保证不漏气达密闭,在密封框(3)上装有抽气管(1),通过抽气管(1)将两层玻璃之间空气抽出后,将抽气管(1)密封并放入框槽内。本发明实现高效玻璃保温的效果,本保温玻璃也可现场结合门窗幕墙进行制作安装后抽真空获得保温。本发明为了玻璃门窗和幕墙等玻璃保温,提供了一个有效,节省费用并提高室内保温性能的玻璃,同时也可将保温玻璃进行复膜处理。

1,一种保温玻璃,是由两块玻璃(4)、支撑筋(2)和密封框(3)构成,其特征在于:两块玻璃大小相同,分别平放在密封框上并固定牢,两块玻璃之间装有支撑筋(2),四周密封框(3)与双层玻璃连接处用密封胶封闭。
2,根据权利要求1所述保温玻璃,其特征在于:密封框(3)上装有抽空管(1)。
