Abstract

一种新型太阳能热水器传感装置,它在支架与水箱之间固定安装托架,在水箱外桶与托架之间安装压力传感器,在水箱内桶的外壁紧贴安装温度传感器,使水箱水量水温的检测全部位于水箱外部而不再置于内桶内,延长了传感装置使用寿命,提高了检测精度,方便维修,安装容易,克服了目前桶内检测易漏水、易结垢、易损坏的各种缺陷。

背景技术
目前安装在太阳能热水器上的传感器均置于水箱内,由于长期受水的腐蚀及水垢的影响,不仅带来检测精度差,而且容易损坏,且维修不便,现在尚无一种在水箱外部检测水箱水位、温度的传感装置。
技术内容
本实用新型的目的在于:设计一种新型太阳能热水器传感装置,它不破坏水箱整体结构,在水箱外部即可检测水箱的水量、水温。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:在水箱与支架之间安装一只压力传感器,在水箱内桶外紧贴内桶安装一只温度传感器,将以上两只传感器与室内的显示装置连接,便可以十分准确的显示水箱的水量和当前的水温,这种装置精确度高,不破坏水箱,使用寿命长,安装维修方便。

具体实施方法
在太阳能热水器支架7上部固定连接用于支承水箱外桶1的托架4,在水箱外桶1与托架4之间安装压力传感器5,在水箱内桶3的外部紧贴内桶3外壁处安装温度传感器6。
当向水箱注水时,水箱重力增加,位于水箱下部的压力传感器5可准确显示水箱内的水量,当在阳光照射下水箱内桶3内的水温上升时,位于内桶3外壁的温度传感器6显示水箱内的水温度,这样使用户十分清楚的了解水箱内桶3中有多少水,水温是多少,十分方便。
本实用新型使用寿命长,安装方便,检测精度高。

1、一种新型太阳能热水器传感装置由支架(7)、水箱外桶(1)、保温层(2)、内桶(3)组成,其特征在于:在支架(7)上部固定连接托架(4),水箱外桶(1)与托架(4)之间有压力传感器(5),在水箱内桶(3)外壁紧贴安装温度传感器(6)。
