技术背景当今世界上的常规能源日趋紧张,世界各国对太阳能的利用越来越广泛,太阳能热水器也得到了迅速地发展。全玻璃真空热管的实用新型对太阳能热水器的推广起了推波助澜的作用,但是随着太阳热利用和建筑业的进一步发展,特别是随着建筑物向高层发展,这种集热器的一些弱点就越来越突出,一是集热温度低一般只在60℃左右,除做热水器外,很难有其他作为,而以全玻璃真空热管为基础的太阳能热水器,由于只能在楼顶使用,每户不能有获得更多的采光面积,对高层建筑物中、下层的住户也无法使用,同时这种热水器与建筑物不协调的问题越来越突出,在面积有限的高层屋顶上安放着千姿百态的太阳能热水器,而进水管、出水管则悬挂在建筑物的外侧,从窗口进入各个用户,大风一吹飘飘荡荡,即不美观,且不安全。一体化的要求也就被提到日程上来了。由于从事太阳热利用的工程技术人员对于建筑业的常规要求不了解,而建筑业的工程技术人员对太阳热利用工程的设计又不熟悉,所以,在建筑物设计时,并没有统一考虑太阳能热水器的安装问题,在建筑物完成以后,安装太阳能热水器时,对于建筑业要求的建筑物整体化、立面整齐美观、色彩和谐就很难满足建筑业的要求。
实用新型内容本实用新型的目的在于提供一种与建筑物一体化的集热器,可以获得较高的集热温度,用它做的各种太阳能利用设备,能较好地满足建筑物整体化的要求,适合高层建筑物中任何一层用户的使用。
本实用新型所提供与建筑物一体化的集热器技术方案如下:由安装于建筑物向阳墙上的集热箱、分离热管组成,采用焦线轴水平方向设置的柱面菲涅耳透镜做集热箱的前面板,分离热管中金属热管的蒸发段置于集热箱内,金属热管的蒸发段与柱面菲涅耳透镜平行,且位于柱面菲涅耳透镜的焦线轴上,所述金属热管的冷凝段的水平位置高于其蒸发段的水平位置。
本实用新型所提供的与建筑物一体化的太阳能集热器工作原理如下:由安装于建筑物向阳墙上集热箱内的分离热管采集太阳能,并将其转换成热能。由于集热箱安装于建筑物的向阳墙上,可以充分利用建筑物的向阳面,每户都可获得较大的集热面积,适合高层建筑物的各层用户使用。由于分离热管位于安装于建筑物向阳墙上的集热箱内,采用这种太阳能集热器做成的太阳能热水器或太阳灶等其他太阳能利用装置,其冷、热水的输水管道或输送热量的热管道均在建筑物内,即避免了进、出水管道悬挂在建筑物外侧与整体建筑物不协调的尴尬,又保证了使用的安全性,并可以在建筑物设计初期就与建筑物一起整体设计。同时,由于采用焦线轴水平方向设置的柱面菲涅耳透镜做集热箱的前面板,金属热管的蒸发段置于集热箱内,与柱面菲涅耳透镜平行,且位于柱面菲涅耳透镜的焦线轴上,由柱面菲涅耳透镜将阳光聚集于其水平方向设置的焦线轴上,而金属热管的蒸发段全部处于柱面菲涅耳透镜的焦线轴上,阳光经聚焦后将热量集中于金属热管的蒸发段上,由于金属热管水平放置,其内部的工质均匀地受热,很快地蒸发,变为汽态,又由于所述金属热管的冷凝段的水平位置高于其蒸发段的水平位置,汽态工质通过等温导热段进入冷凝段,在冷凝段经与用热体进行热交换后变为液态工质,经回液管流回蒸发段,重新受热、蒸发形成热循环。由于柱面菲涅耳透镜聚集太阳光的作用,使得进入冷凝段内汽态工质的温度较高,如采用水做工质,最高可达250℃,如选用适当的其他工质还可获得更高的温度。因此,这种与建筑物一体化的集热器不但可以做热水器的集热装置,而且,还可以做太阳灶、奶茶机等多种中、高温太阳能利用装置的集热装置。同时,由于柱面菲涅耳透镜的焦线轴与热管的蒸发段均水平方向设置,所以无须太阳跟踪装置就可使热量始终聚集于热管的蒸发段上,在同等集热面积的条件下可以增加集热量,大大地他提高了太阳能集热器的热转换效率。
本实用新型所提供的太阳能集热器真正地做到了与建筑物一体化,使太阳能集热器与建筑物有机地结合起来,并且用它做的各种太阳能利用装置适合于高层建筑物中的所有用户使用,能使每个用户都获得较大的集热面积,与普通真空集热管集热器相比实际集热面积大20%以上,同时集热器能获得较高的集热温度,利于太阳能利用设备的使用和推广。该太阳能集热器还具有使用安全可靠,热效率高的优点。

下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。从图1可看出本实用新型所提供的与建筑物一体化的集热器的集热箱设置在建筑物的向阳墙上,这种太阳能集热器的集热箱,可做成全嵌入式,集热箱全部嵌入向阳墙体内;也可做成半嵌入式,一部分嵌入墙体内,一部分伸出墙外;还可安装于向阳墙面上,它可以在建筑物设计的初期就一同考虑,看上去,和建筑物整体比较协调。图2所示为本实用新型所提供与建筑物一体化的集热器的结构示意图。由图可知:该集热器的集热箱由四个侧板3.1、3.2、3.3、3.4、后板3.5和作为前面板的柱面菲涅耳透镜5围成,玻璃真空管6通过支撑架7固定在集热箱内,金属热管蒸发段在玻璃真空管内,在玻璃真空管的端口有密封封堵6.1,金属热管的蒸发段4.1位于柱面菲涅耳透镜5的焦线上,金属热管冷凝段4.3的水平位置高于其蒸发段4.1,由等温导热段4.2和回液管4.4将两者连接,形成热的循环系统。本实施例中与建筑物一体化的集热器中集热箱的四个侧板3.1、3.2、3.3、3.4和后板3.5采用铝板制作,镶嵌于凹进建筑物外墙上的相应长方体槽内,柱面菲涅耳透镜5固定在集热箱的前面,选用焦距30-50厘米的,其安装角度随季节应可做轻微的调整,以保证焦线轴始终落在热管的蒸发段上,柱面菲涅耳透镜5还可以采用双层柱面菲涅耳透镜制作,随着季节变化可适当调节光线的入射角,使菲涅耳透镜的焦线轴一年四季都落在热管的蒸发段上;热管采用不锈钢制作,套在其外部的真空玻璃管采用耐高温的硅硼玻璃制作,其端口的密封封堵6.1可采用耐温真空橡胶。也可采用特殊的玻璃—金属融焊技术将端口密封,在集热箱的后板3.5及其后面的墙面上予留出等温导热段4.2和回液管4.4穿越的位置8。图3所示是采用本实用新型所提供的与建筑物一体化的集热器为集热部件的太阳能热水器结构示意图。从图中可知该太阳能热水器使用本实用新型所提供的与建筑物一体化的集热器做集热装置,热管的冷凝段进入水箱9内,其上还有冷水进水管10、热水出水管11,均在建筑物室内布置。这种太阳能热水器的安装位置可以在建筑物设计时一并考虑,即保持了与建筑物的协调一致,又保证了使用的安全可靠。本实施例中与建筑物一体化的集热器的各部分使用的材料与实施例一相同。水箱可采用不锈钢板制作,水箱的外部还可设有保温层。图4所示为利用本实用新型所提供的与建筑物一体化的集热器作太阳能灶的一个实施例。在该实施例中由嵌于建筑物向阳墙上的太阳能集热器和设在冷凝段上表面的炊具坑4.31组成。所述太阳能集热器由四个侧板3.1、3.2、3.3、3.4、后板3.5和柱面菲涅耳透镜5组成集热箱,金属热管的蒸发段4.1的外部有一个玻璃真空管6,通过支撑架7固定在集热箱内,在其端口有密封封堵6.1,金属热管冷凝段4.3的水平位置高于其蒸发段4.1,由等温导热段4.2和回液管4.4将两者连接,形成热的循环系统。金属热管的蒸发段4.1位于柱面菲涅耳透镜5的焦线轴上,由柱面菲涅耳透镜将太阳光聚集在金属热管蒸发段4.1上,管内的液态工质受热蒸发后,变为蒸汽后,汽态工质经等温导热段4.2进入冷凝段4.3,把炊具放在炊具坑内,冷凝段内汽态工质的热量被炊具和炊具内的食品吸收,完成烹调。由于柱面菲涅耳透镜的聚焦作用,该太阳灶可获得较高的温度,如采用水做工质,进入冷凝段的汽态工质温度可高达250℃,如采用其他适当的工质,还可获得更高的温度,此热量足以满足烹调食品所需的热量。本实施例中与建筑物一体化的集热器的各部分使用的材料与实施例一同。图5所示是本实用新型所提供的与建筑物一体化的集热器实施例二的结构示意图。在本实施例中采用予留在墙体上长方体凹槽的四个侧面和后面围成的空间做集热箱,集热箱的前口上镶嵌有固定前面板的槽,前面板上有由两块焦距为10厘米的柱面菲涅耳透镜,两块柱面菲涅耳透镜的焦线轴平行,集热管为两个,通过支撑架7固定于集热箱内,两热管的蒸发段4.1、4.1′,并分别位于两块柱面菲涅耳透镜的焦线轴上,热管采用铜材制作。使用这种集热器,用户可以采用一路热管热循环系统供热水器用,采用另一路热管热循环系统供太阳灶或太阳奶茶机使用。
Claims (2)
1.一种与建筑物一体化的太阳能集热器,由集热箱、分离热管组成,其特征在于所述集热箱安装于建筑物的向阳墙上,采用焦线轴水平方向设置的柱面菲涅耳透镜做集热箱的前面板,分离热管中金属热管的蒸发段置于集热箱内,金属热管的蒸发段与柱面菲涅耳透镜平行,且位于柱面菲涅耳透镜的焦线轴上,所述金属热管的冷凝段的水平位置高于其蒸发段的水平位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的与建筑物一体化的太阳能集热器,其特征在于集热箱前面板的柱面菲涅耳透镜为一个以上,所述集热箱内分离热管的数量与柱面菲涅耳透镜的数量相同,且每根分离热管中热管蒸发段位于相应的柱面菲涅耳透镜焦线上。
