Abstract

一种空气灭菌扇，包括前壳、后壳，在前后壳风道相连处的顶部设有灭菌灯管安装盒，灭菌灯管安装盒内装有灭菌灯管。在前壳风道中心设有电机安装支架，支架上装有电机，电机上连的风扇叶，前后壳的顶部设有电机和灭菌灯管的起动开关键。这种空气灭菌扇不仅具备普通电风扇的功能，而且还可以杀灭室内空气中的细菌，广泛用于每个家庭或者公共场所的换气和灭菌。

背景技术
现在一般家庭的室内空气，是靠自然流通和换气扇调节，空气的流通十分有限，因此室内滋生大量的有害细菌和室外流入室内的有毒细菌聚集室内，严重危害人体健康。现有的电风扇一般不具备杀菌功能，而现有的空气灭菌设备又不适合于家用。
发明内容
为了解决现有电风扇不具备杀菌功能、现有空气灭菌设备使用不方便的问题，本实用新型提供一种使用方便，能有效杀灭室内空气细菌的灭菌扇。
本实用新型解决上述问题的技术方案是：一种空气灭菌扇，包括前壳、后壳，在前后壳风道相连处的顶部设有灭菌灯管安装盒，灭菌灯管安装盒内装有紫外线灭菌灯管。在前壳风道中心设有电机安装支架，支架上装有电机，电机上连有风扇叶，前后壳的顶部设有电机和灭菌灯管的起动开关键。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于在风扇上安装有紫外线灭菌灯管，从而空气通过风扇后空气中的细菌能有效杀灭，这种空气灭菌扇使用方便、灭菌效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，空气灭菌扇包括前壳3、后壳9、电机5、风扇叶4，在前壳风道7和后壳风道8相连接处的顶部，设有紫外线灭菌灯管安装盒10，灭菌灯管安装盒10内装有紫外线灭菌灯管2，前壳3和后壳9的顶部装有控制开关1。前壳风道7中心设有电机安装支架6，支架6上安装有电机5，电机5上连有风扇叶4。使用时，接通电源，开启控制开关1，此时，电机5带动风扇叶4一起转动。空气在受风扇叶4的压力下，沿前壳风道7不断向外排出，后壳风道8内因空气减少而形成负压，迫使室内空气不断进入后壳风道8内，再不断由风扇叶4将空气沿前壳风道7排出机外。在电机5通电的同时，紫外线灭菌灯管2也同时接通电源而进入正常工作，这时紫外线灭菌灯管2的光辐射在前后壳风道内，将经过前后壳风道内空气中的细菌杀死。

1、一种空气灭菌扇，包括前壳(3)、后壳(9)、电机(5)和风扇叶(4)，其特征在于，在前壳风道(7)和后壳风道(8)相连处的顶部设有紫外线灭菌灯管安装盒(10)，灭菌灯管安装盒(10)内安装有紫外线灭菌灯管(2)。
