本实用新型属于金刚石合成设备部件技术领域,特别涉及一种金刚石合成用多面顶压机混合腔体。
背景技术
多面顶压机是金刚石合成专用设备,现有多面顶压机合成腔体外部为叶腊石筒,其内为由石英或者玻璃制成的隔离筒,隔离筒两端设有导电片,导电片外设有导电帽。通常的金刚石合成工艺是把碳素与触媒叠装或者碳素与触媒粉混合后压制成型—试棒,再放入腔体通电进行合成,加热电流直接通过叠装而成或者混合而成的试棒。该腔体直径一定,在金刚石合成过程中通电加热时,试棒温度场情况是两端温度低中间温度高,整支试棒加热不均匀,从而影响合成金刚石的质量。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种新型金刚石合成用多面顶压机混合腔体,利用该腔体合成金刚石,试棒加热均匀,合成的金刚石质量高。
为达上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:金刚石合成用多面顶压机混合腔体,腔体外部为叶蜡石筒,叶腊石筒内两端由外到内设置导电帽和导电片,两端的导电片之间安装有由碳粉和绝缘材料混合压制成的复合加热套管。
本实用新型中,在两端的导电片之间安装由碳粉和绝缘材料混合压制成的复合加热套管,通电过程中,电流流通方向发生改变,试棒温度场趋于均匀,试棒加热均匀,合成的金刚石质量均一。
