Description

顶出式铝塑防伪盖
(一)技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种瓶盖，尤其是一种铝筒的顶部和腰部两处防伪的铝塑盖。
(二)背景技术：目前，所有的瓶盖都是由内盖和外盖组成，内盖是由内套和瓶嘴两部分组成，瓶盖的外部都是用铝筒包装起来，并在铝筒上设有连点切线，当开启瓶盖时，切线断开起到防伪的作用，这种瓶盖防伪效果不好。
(三)发明内容：本实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足而提供一种防伪效果好且具有艺术效果的顶出式铝塑防伪盖。
本实用新型的目的可以通过如下措施来达到：顶出式铝塑防伪盖，由内套4和铝筒5组成，其特征是内套4上部设有螺纹与螺帽2连接、螺帽2内部设有与内套4配合使用的内螺纹，外部设有竖筋8与塑盖1内部的竖筋9咬合，铝筒5的顶部中心设有可顶开的小圆片7。内套4内顶部设有密封垫3。密封垫3为中发泡垫。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有如下积极效果：由于铝筒5的顶部中心设有可顶开的小圆片7，当瓶盖被打开时，不仅铝筒5的腰部的点连接被拉断而且铝筒5的顶部中心的小圆片7被顶出而脱落，起到双重防伪，同时它综合了铝盖和塑盖的优点，外观精美，可以进行多色印刷的先进技术工艺。

(五)具体实施方式：下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型并给出一个实施例：将内套4内装入密封垫3，然后在内套4外上部旋入螺帽2，再在螺帽2外部套上塑盖1，最后，在整个塑料盖上套入铝筒5，顶出式铝塑防伪盖装配完成。当封装时，工序简单，只须按压卡入瓶口即完成封装。当打开瓶盖时，可以用力扭铝筒上部，这时铝筒上部和塑盖1一起运动，且通过竖筋8和9使螺帽2一起旋转，由于螺帽2和内套4之间的螺纹的作用，螺帽2上升，这时螺帽2上的柱体6把铝筒5顶部的小圆片7顶掉，可以将酒倒出。从而起到防伪作用。

1、顶出式铝塑防伪盖，由内套(4)和铝筒(5)组成，其特征是内套(4)上部设有螺纹与螺帽(2)连接、螺帽(2)内部设有与内套(4)配合使用的内螺纹，外部设有竖筋(8)与塑盖(1)内部的竖筋(9)咬合，铝筒(5)的顶部中心设有可顶开的小圆片(7)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的顶出式铝塑防伪盖，其特征在于内套(4)内顶部设有密封垫(3)。
3、按照权利要求2所述的顶出式铝塑防伪盖，其特征在于密封垫(3)为中发泡垫。
