发电机组凝汽机进水口管子防护套
本实用新型涉及一种电厂发电机组凝汽器进水口管子用的防护套。
由于各电厂发电机组的凝汽器冷却水大多采用海水、江水等进行冷却，而海水、江水中有较多的贝壳、砂石等杂物，有些贝壳砂石等杂物随水流进入管子后，卡在管子上，随水流冲击在管内振动，并产生微移，经过一段时间的磨损直至把管子磨破，造成凝汽器泄漏，给机组的正常运行带来较大的影响，也给维护保养带来麻烦，并造成很大的经济损失。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种管子防护套，该防护套套在管子的进水处。如果循环水中夹带的杂物冲击管子时，小于管子孔径2-3mm的杂物首先冲击到防护套上，而后随水流顺利通过管子。若杂物直径大于防护套的则被挡在管口外。如果杂物直径与防护套直径差不多的话，则有可能卡在防护套上，这样就能起到保护管子的作用。也能防止管子中部被杂物堵塞的可能，同时亦防止管子口被沙石冲破，使凝汽器充分发挥冷凝作用。

  1. 一、一种电厂发电机组凝汽器进水口管子用的防护套，由尼龙或塑料经特殊配方制成，其特征在于根部有反边，头部是锥形，与管子为过盈配合；可用于铁管、铜管、钛管上。
