Abstract

中央空调空气电晕消毒灭菌装置,它包括高压电源和接地装置,其特征是在中央空调空气出风总管内设高压电晕电场消毒灭菌器和负离子发生器,以带芒刺的电极板为高压正电极。高能量的自由电子和负离子成为消毒灭菌物质,剩余部份负离子留存空气中,既达灭杀病毒细菌目的,又使空气中留存离子,达到提高室内空气质量的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种空气的消毒杀菌装置,特别是用于中央空调空气交换系统中进行消毒杀菌的装置。
背景技术
公共场所的中央空调系统为了节约能源,一方面对其调控的空间要求密闭,即使用时尽量关闭室内门窗。另一方面对室内空气进行循环利用,公共中央空调系统虽然设有与外周环境交流空气的窗口,担只能更换原有室内空气的30%左右,仍有70%的室内空气仍在反复循环使用。由此造成室内空气浑浊,既对人体不适,又是有害病菌、病毒快速繁殖的环境,封闭式的中央空调房间病毒交叉传染尤为严重。CN2505747Y提出用臭氧发生器净化中央空调空气系统,根据国家关于室内环境臭氧的含量,不得超过0.15PPM,才符合工作人员室内环境的卫生标准。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述中央空调空气交换系统室内环境的臭氧含量被限制的问题,设计另一种消毒灭菌装置,以达到提高消毒灭菌效率的目的。
本实用新型的设计方案是,中央空调空气电晕消毒灭菌装置,它包括高压电源和接地装置,其特征是在中央空调空气出风总管内设高压电晕电场消毒杀菌器和负离子发生器。
所述的高压电晕电场消毒灭菌器由带芒刺的正极板和与其平行金属板作负极所组成,针状金属芒刺为放电尖端,与高压正电极相接,另一面金属板与高压负电极相接,当正负极板与高压电源相连接时,芒刺尖端产生电晕放电现象,芒刺附近形成电晕区,使气体电离,产生大量的自由电子和正离子,当芒刺施加正电压时,正离子向接地极运动,负离子和自由电子与空气中带水分的物体如尘灰、细菌、病毒有效结合,即为消毒杀菌作用,剩余部份负离子停留在空气之中,由于电晕极间电压在3万伏以上,正负极板间电场强度大,被电离的自由电子和负离子多且能量大,其大部份与生物有机分子产生氧化或还原反应。因此,利用高压电晕能快速消毒灭菌,对提高中央空调循环空气质量,减少病毒交叉传染有显著效果。

上述图中,1、2为非金属绝缘送风管,3、5为负电极板,4为芒刺,6为接地支架,7为接地金属棒,8为高压电源,9为电压表,10为示波器,11为调控旋钮,12为功率表,13为电流表,14为芒刺板,15为负离子发生器。
实施例描述
中央空调空气交换系统的出风口设置静电高压电晕电场,是对从空调机组热交换器出来的空气作消毒灭菌处理,它由设在绝缘性出风口2内有正电极板4、负电极板3和设在空调机组外的高压电源8组成,如图1所示。正电极板上均匀设置针状芒刺14,正电极板14为夹层板,表层为涂复绝缘材料的绝缘层,内层为与芒刺底端焊接的导体如铜板,如图2所示。芒刺之间的距离为芒刺的长度的5~20倍,如图2所示。负电极3为导电金属板,芒刺尖端与负电极金属板相垂直,正电极板与负电极板之间距为芒刺之间距离的2~10倍,由高压电场的电压、功率和空调机的空气流速所决定,图1实施例的直流高压在30KV~250KV之间,电源功率为100W~200W之间,采用芒刺放电板作正电晕电场,高压电晕电场消毒灭菌器由两面带芒刺4的正极和处于芒刺极板两侧的负极板3、5组成。
电晕放电装置为高压设施,要求有符合安全标准的接地装置,负电极板3、5通过接地线8与深埋地下3米的5×5金属棒7相连接,附属的高压电源包括电压表9、示波器10、电流表13、功率表12和电源控制开关11。均用于监测升压情况、监控电晕电流以及调控电压电流的波动情况。
由于电晕放电装置为高压设施,除上述安全标准接地装置外,还要求安装电晕放电装置的送风管段为绝绝的非金属材料制成,装置段与金属送风管段之间也需要1米左右的绝缘板,操作人员必须远离高压放电装置1米以上,并要2人以上一起工作。

Claims (5)

1、中央空调空气电晕消毒灭菌装置,它包括高压电源和接地装置,其特征是在中央空调空气出风总管内设高压电晕电场消毒灭菌器和负离子发生器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的中央空调空气电晕消毒灭菌装置,其特征是高压电晕电场消毒灭菌器由带芒刺的正极板和与其平行金属板作负极组成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的中央空调空气电晕消毒灭菌装置,其特征是高压电晕电场消毒灭菌器由两面带芒刺的正极板(4)和处于芒刺两侧的负极板(3)、(5)组成。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的中央空调空气电晕消毒灭菌装置,其特征是正、负极板间距为芒刺之间距离的2-10倍。
5、根据权利要求1所述的中央空调空气电晕消毒灭菌装置,其特征是所述的高压电源为30~250KV直流高压。
