本实用新型涉及工具锹类,特别是一种耐折型钢锹。
背景技术:
目前,传统的钢锹其锹板呈弧形板状结构,使用时,锹裤底端俗成裤鼻其周围的锹板板面受力最大,裤鼻外缘横切线几乎成为力的支点,特别是挖掘过力时,锹板易由此处弯折,久而久之甚至由此处折断。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的旨在改进背景技术中的不足,而提供一种能提高锹板强度、延长锹板使用寿命的耐折型钢锹。
实现上述发明目的的技术方案是:该钢锹由锹板、锹裤组成,锹板与锹裤呈一体结构,锹裤底端两侧的锹板板面上有与锹板成一体的纵向凹槽。
依照上述技术方案实现的耐折型钢锹,与传统的钢锹相比,该纵向凹槽使锹板的受力点集中其上,起到了加强筋的作用,因此,锹板的抗折强度大大提高,使用时锹板不易弯折,更不易折断,提高了钢锹的使用寿命。
本实用新型所述的凹槽也可以是凸槽。

以下结合附图给出本实用新型的一个具体实施例。该实施例所述的耐折型钢锹由锹板1、锹裤2组成,锹板1与锹裤2呈一体结构,锹裤2底端两侧的锹板1板面上有以冲压方式压制成型的与锹板1成一体的纵向凹槽3。为使该凹槽3受力点均布,本实施例中的该凹槽3的凹面呈园弧状,其槽口周边与锹板1板面呈园弧状过渡。

1、一种耐折型钢锹,包括锹板、锹裤,锹板与锹裤呈一体结构,其特征在于锹裤底端两侧的锹板板面上有与锹板成一体的纵向凹槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的耐折型钢锹,其特征在于该凹槽的凹面呈园弧状,其槽口周边与锹板板面呈园弧状过渡。
