Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种背包伞支架的改良结构，该支架固定于背包上，其顶部设有固定座，伞柄则固定于该固定座上，其中：该固定座向人体一侧弯折一角度。因此当将伞具固定于该固定座上时，伞具会向人体一侧倾斜，从而将整个身体遮蔽于雨伞下，使遮阳或蔽雨的效果更好。

本实用新型涉及一种背包伞支架的改良结构。
背景技术
为更加方便人们使用，目前，市场上出现了一种背包伞或自行车伞，即利用固定支架，将伞固定于背包或自行车上，从而不需使用双手就可将伞撑起。
而就背包伞而言，其固定方式通常为：在背包上设置固定支架，固定支架的顶部设有固定座，然后，再将伞具的伞柄螺固在固定座上。然而，这种固定方式却存在下述缺陷：由于背包背于人体背后时，将会向后倾斜，因此，当将伞固定于背包上时，伞也会向后倾斜，致使伞无法完全遮蔽于人体上方，从而影响遮阳或蔽雨的效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使伞更贴近人体的背包伞支架的改良结构。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种背包伞支架的改良结构，该支架固定于背包上，其顶部设有固定座，伞柄则固定于该固定座上，其中：该固定座向人体一侧弯折一角度。
该支架与背包的结合面为与人体背部相配合的弧面。
该固定座向人体一侧弯折的角度在5至20度之间。
该伞柄与固定座的固定方式为螺接或卡接。
采用上述方案后，由于本实用新型将支架的固定座向人体一侧弯折一角度，因此当将伞具固定于该固定座上时，伞具会向人体一侧倾斜，从而将整个身体遮蔽于雨伞下，使遮阳或蔽雨的效果更好。
另外，由于支架与背包的结合部为弧面设计，该弧面可配合人体的背部，因此可使支架更贴合于人体的背部，进而达到防止伞具后倾的目的。

具体实施方式
请如图1所示，本实用新型的背包伞支架1插置于背包2内侧的固定袋21内，该固定袋21缝制于靠近人体背部的一侧，而固定袋21上方的背包2上设有一插孔22，该插孔22上还设有盖子23。
该支架1的顶部设有固定座11，固定座11上设有外螺纹，该固定座11向人体一侧弯折一角度，该角度一般为5至20度为宜；而支架1与背包2的结合面12为与人体背部相配合的弧面。
伞具的伞柄3的底端设有一螺纹孔31。
如图2所示，组合时，将支架1插置于固定袋21内，为增加稳固性，可再用一组螺钉、螺母将支架1固定于背包2上。使用时，只需将伞具以其伞柄3上的螺纹孔31旋于固定座11的外螺纹上，即可将伞固定于背包2上。
如图3所示，由于支架1与背包2的结合部12为弧面设计，该弧面可配合人体的背部，因此可使支架1更贴合人体。而固定座11由于向人体一侧弯折一角度，因此当将伞具固定于该固定座11上时，伞具会向人体一侧倾斜，从而将整个身体遮蔽于雨伞下。
另外，本实用新型支架1的固定座11与伞柄3的固定方式并不限制于上述螺接方式，也可采用卡接或其它任何固定方式。

1、一种背包伞支架的改良结构，该支架固定于背包上，其顶部设有固定座，伞柄则固定于该固定座上，其特征在于：该固定座向人体一侧弯折一角度。
2、如权利要求1所述的背包伞支架的改良结构，其特征在于：该支架与背包的结合面为与人体背部相配合的弧面。
3、如权利要求1所述的背包伞支架的改良结构，其特征在于：该固定座向人体一侧弯折的角度在5至20度之间。
4、如权利要求1所述的背包伞支架的改良结构，其特征在于：该伞柄与固定座的固定方式为螺接或卡接。
