Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种紫外线消毒灯车。它包括铝合金材质的车架、万向车轮、与车架铰接形成可调角度的紫外灯管固定臂和一根或一根以上的紫外灯管。所述紫外灯管固定臂也可以铰接在一个具有侧开门的灯箱上,当固定臂向内折叠时,可置于该灯箱内,采用可内置的灯管固定臂,可以更为安全方便的移动本装置。本装置具有使用方便和照射角度任意调整的优点,并且配有定时器,可以控制照射杀菌的时间。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种紫外线消毒装置。
背景技术
众所周知,强紫外线对空气和物体表面的杀菌作用是目前公认的行之有效的消毒方法。目前市场上普遍使用的是固定在一个地方使用的紫外线灯,这种紫外线灯使用起来有一定的局限性,包括照射角度的调整照射范围的选择和机动性等方面存在着缺点。另外,一般的紫外灯没有加装定时器,不能满足在一定时间,如60分钟范围内任意调整消毒的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可方便调整和移动的紫外线消毒灯车。
本实用新型所述紫外线消毒灯车包括铝合金材质的车架、万向车轮、与车架铰接形成可调角度的紫外灯管固定臂和一根或一根以上的紫外灯管。
如上所述的紫外线消毒灯车,其中的紫外灯管固定臂一端与车架采用磨擦片结构实现角度调整定位。
如上所述的紫外线消毒灯车,其中的紫外灯管固定臂一端与车架上设置的灯箱铰接,该紫外灯管固定臂向内折叠可置于所述灯箱的凹槽中,位于凹槽一侧设有一个铰接的侧开箱门。
如上所述的紫外消毒灯车,其中的紫外灯管为二根对称固定于固定臂的左右或上下两侧。
如上所述的紫外线消毒灯车,其中的紫外灯通过一个定时器电路与电源相连接。
本实用新型与传统的紫外线灯相比,具有如下积极效果和优点:
1.可根据需要,随处设置紫外线照射装置,并且角度可任意调整,使用更加方便,效果更为理想;
2.灯管可折叠放置于灯箱内,便于安全移动;
3.设置有定时开关,可以在一定范围内预置照射消毒的时间,以适应不同消毒对象的需要。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一个具体实施例可参见图1。紫外灯管固定臂1的上下两侧各固定一个紫外灯管2、3,该固定臂1的内端通过转轴14与灯箱4相固定,并且固定臂1与灯箱4相重叠处紧压接触,以实现磨擦力调整灯管角度的结构形式。所述灯箱4的凹槽位置以灯管固定臂内折,可置于其中为宜。在灯箱4的凹槽一侧固定有一个铰接的侧开灯箱门13,该箱门13在灯管固定臂1收入灯箱凹槽后,向内旋转关闭,以保护紫外灯管在灯车移动时不被撞毁。
在灯箱4的背面,设有一个控制面板盒5,该控制面板盒5内固定有保险管9、10、紫外灯开关7、8和紫外灯定时装置6。所述紫外灯开关7、8和紫外灯定时装置6的调整钮固定于该控制面板上。
所述灯箱4固定在车架11上,有四个万向转轮12安装在车架11的下方。
所述灯箱4、车架11和灯管固定臂1用铝合金材质为最佳,当然也可用其它材质。
Claims (5)
1.一种紫外线消毒灯车,其特征在于:它包括铝合金材质的车架、万向车轮、与车架铰接形成可调角度的紫外灯管固定臂和一根或一根以上的紫外灯管。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种紫外线消毒灯车,其特征在于:紫外灯管固定臂一端与车架采用磨擦片结构实现角度调整定位。
3.如权利要求1、2所述的一种紫外线消毒灯车,其特征在于:紫外灯管固定臂一端与车架上设置的灯箱铰接,该紫外灯固定臂向内折叠置于所述灯箱的凹槽中,位于凹槽一侧设有一个铰接的侧开箱门。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种紫外线消毒灯车,其特征在于:紫外灯管为二根对称固定于固定臂的左右或上下两侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种紫外线消毒灯车,其特征在于:紫外灯通过一个定时器电路与电源相连接。
