一种卷烟用打孔水松纸
技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种打孔的水松纸，主要应用在卷烟领域。
背景技术：水松纸是连接卷烟丝束与过滤嘴之间的一种材料。现有的打孔水松纸并没有系统地进行打孔设计，实际应用中，明显影响了卷烟烟支的香气及品质风格，使打孔水松纸的作用和机理不能得到有效发挥。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的在于根据卷烟品质风格和香气系统要求，发明一种在水松纸特定位置打孔的卷烟用打孔水松纸。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种卷烟用打孔水松纸，其特征是在距水松纸两侧纸边距离(A)5-15毫米的间隙T范围内，在纸横向走纸向打有单排或双排的孔，其通孔透气度在100-1000Corestr(或CU)范围设定。
本设计是通过综合考虑作用于卷烟品味风格的相关材料技术特性与打孔水松纸技术特性之间的关系，在保证卷烟烟支所需的抽吸吸阻、焦油量、烟气成份、香质、口味等品质基础上，对水松纸的打孔位置、打孔透气度作出设计。具体方式是综合考虑卷烟纸燃烧速度和透气度、烟支长度和圆周及吸阻、嘴棒长度和圆周及吸阻、嘴棒包裹纸透气度等特性指标，对水松纸打孔透气度作出设定。打孔位置在距水松纸切边5mm-15mm范围内随走纸方向(横向方向)进行单排、双排的打孔(1)，打孔后水松纸的透气度可在100-1000Corestr(或CU)范围内选择实际所需打孔透气度。其中透气度是指在250Pa-1000Pa压力差作用下，透过纸样单位表面积(孔穴)空气流的比率。
本实用新型卷烟用打孔水松纸在保证卷烟烟支所需的抽吸吸阻、焦油量、烟气成份、香质和口味等品质基础上，降低生产成本，其制作容易，是一种新型适用的水松纸。
附图说明：图1为本实用新型卷烟用打孔水松纸的结构示意图。
具体实施方式：选择激光打孔(或电火花打孔)等形式，在距水松纸两侧切边6mm以上的相应位置，均匀打两排或单排点状孔(1)，打孔水松纸的透气度可根据需要选择确定。本实施例的打孔透气度为700Corestr(或CU)。
