Abstract

一种组合式凹面聚光锅,其主要是大型太阳能蒸汽锅炉的配件。它由几个相同凹面聚光锅瓣1、2、3、4围成。凹面聚光锅瓣1、2、3、4的焦点都于凹面聚光锅锅底附近重合。锅瓣框之间由锅瓣瓣扣5连接,锅底孔套6用于加固锅体和连接被加热的设备。本实用新型的优点为:1将庞大的凹面聚光锅化分成体积稍小的几块、易制造、易安装、易拆卸;2锅瓣的敛光片较薄、较轻、不但能节省材料,还便于将聚光锅安装在万向支架上随太阳方向转动(有利于减轻万向支架负荷),是大型太阳能蒸汽锅炉的最佳聚光设备。

Description

组合式凹面聚光锅
(一)技术领域:本实用新型涉及太阳能利用设备,属于大型太阳能蒸汽锅炉的一种配件,特别是一种组合式凹面聚光锅,它是大型太阳能蒸汽锅炉的优选部件。
(二)背景技术:本实用新型组合凹面聚光锅为大型太阳能蒸汽锅炉的专用设备,它不同于用大量小平面镜组成的聚光阵列,也不同于太阳能热发电场的条形抛物面镜阵列,也不同于一种太阳能热水器的条形抛物面设备。本实用新型是由相同几个聚光瓣围成直径较大的锅圈形,在日照下焦点区间的能量密度较大,而且因其轻便,故可以安装在万向支架上,锅口对准太阳转动;还因其由多个相同聚光锅瓣组合而成,所以,制造、安装或拆卸都较省事。尚未发现类似产品在使用或销售。
(三)发明内容:本组合式凹面聚光锅由聚光锅瓣1、聚光锅瓣2、聚光锅瓣3、聚光锅瓣4(两个以上。本文以4个聚光锅瓣为例)组成。
每个聚光锅瓣结构相同。聚光锅瓣由凹面敛光片1-1,锅瓣框1-2组成。锅瓣框1-2由框边1-2-1,1-2-2,1-2-3,1-2-4组成。锅瓣框背面有纬圈1-2-5,抛物线形竖筋1-2-6。几个聚光锅瓣围成园圈,由锅瓣的瓣扣5和锅府孔套6连接成锅形。
本实用新型的优点是:1几个聚光锅瓣围成一个圆圈时,焦点重合,可提高焦点区间的能量密度,故可使该区间物体的温度达数百摄氏度。2、各聚光锅瓣的公共焦点在锅底内部附近,便于在锅口加透光锅盖,减少热损失。3、每个锅瓣的重量和体积小于整个锅体、故便于搬运,安装或拆卸。这种太阳能设备非常适广大农村开展太阳能利用。
(四)附图说明:图(一)为组合式凹面聚光锅的正投影简图。图(二)为组合式凹面聚光锅水平投影简图。图(二)中1聚光锅瓣,2、3、4为与1相同的凹面聚光锅瓣。5聚光锅瓣的瓣扣,1-1凹面敛光片,1-2-1锅瓣框的框边1-2-3框边。图(一)中,1-2-1框边,1-2-2框边,1-2-3框边,1-2-4框边,1-2-5锅瓣框纬圈,1-2-6抛物线形竖筋,6锅底孔套。
(五)具体实施方式:为了给太阳能蒸汽锅炉配置最适宜的凹面聚光锅,本实用新型组合式凹面聚光锅,由聚光锅瓣1、聚光锅瓣2、聚光锅瓣3等等和锅瓣的瓣扣5及锅底孔套6组成。聚光锅瓣的焦点都在锅底孔套上部附近。
凹面聚光锅瓣(1、2、3、4等)彼此相同,它们各由凹面敛光片1-1,锅瓣框1-2-1,1-2-2,1-2-3,1-2-4和纬圈,1-2-5,及抛物线形竖筋1-2-6组成。
锅瓣瓣扣5固定在锅框1-2-2和1-2-4上,分别设在锅底,锅口和纬圈1-2-5各处。逐一扣好锅瓣的瓣扣,便将各锅瓣互连接成不变形的整体。
锅底孔套6跟锅框1-2-3连接,使锅体更合乎标准。锅底孔套6还用于连接欲被加热的设备。

1、一种组合式凹面聚光锅,它的锅口为圆形,其特征在于:它是由四个相同的聚光锅瓣(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)和许多个锅瓣扣(5),及锅底孔套(6)组成,它们的连接方式是在锅瓣(1)与锅瓣(2)、锅瓣(4)之间,及锅瓣(3)与锅瓣(2)、锅瓣(4)之间有许多锅瓣扣(5)连接,锅瓣(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)的底边与锅底孔套(6)的边沿用螺钉连接。
2、根据权利要求(1)所述的组合式凹面聚光锅,其特征在于:所述聚光锅瓣(1)由凹面敛光片(1-1)和锅瓣框组成,它们的连接方式是将凹面敛光片(1-1)的边沿与锅瓣框的四边(1-2-1)、(1-2-2)、(1-2-3)、(1-2-4)对应连接,凹面敛光片(1-1)的凸面接触锅瓣框的纬圈(1-2-5)和抛物线形竖筋(1-2-6)。
3、根据权利要求(1)所述的组合式凹面聚光锅,其特征在于:锅瓣框(1)的边框(1-2-2)、(1-2-4)为抛物线形,锅瓣扣(5)与锅瓣框的抛物线形边框(1-2-2)、(1-2-4)及各锅瓣的抛物线形边框固定连接,锅底孔套(6)可连接光热转换设备及待加热的物体。
