背景技术
目前,汽车用电瓶套的衬料,是非粘结性结构,加工不方便,而且没有弹性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种专用的汽车电瓶套的衬料,其是由直径2.5μm的包芯涤纶纤维和粗旦涤纶纤维混合,经开松梳理成厚度为2cm无纺絮,包芯涤纶纤维的表层与粗旦涤纶纤维在一定温度下粘结,包芯涤纶的芯层形成骨架,支撑粗旦涤纶纤维成絮状结构,形成热结絮结构,将该絮状结构热压于汽车电瓶,再在该热粘絮结构的表面,热压一表层面料,便形成美观的电瓶套。优点是这种热粘絮结构做成电瓶套,具有立体感,美观并有弹性。

具体实施方式
请参阅附图1、2所示,包芯涤纶包括包芯1和表层2,两者的融点不同,包芯1的融点是265℃,其表层2的融点是130℃,当粗旦涤纶纤维和包芯涤纶纤维梳理成无纺絮后,在环境温度170℃时(放置于烘箱内),包芯涤纶1的表层2便和粗旦涤纶纤维3发生热粘结点4,形成2cm厚度5的网状弹性体——热粘结絮结构,将该絮状结构热压于汽车电瓶,再在该热粘絮结构的表面,热压一表层面料,便形成美观的电瓶套。

1,一种热粘结絮结构,其特征在于:由直径2.5μm的包芯涤纶纤维和粗旦涤纶纤维混合,经开松梳理成厚度为2cm无纺絮,包芯涤纶纤维的表层与粗旦涤纶纤维在一定温度下粘结,包芯涤纶的芯层形成骨架,支撑粗旦涤纶纤维成絮状结构,在该热粘絮结构的表面,热压一表层面料。
