Abstract
自来水水管防冻阀，它包括地面阀和地下阀两部分，地下阀由上、下阀体组成，阀内装有弹性胶圈，胶圈托，密封垫，上阀体设有渗水孔，阀芯导向筋，阀芯装在阀杆下端，其上端与地面阀手柄开关相接，地下阀封装在渗水井内。广泛适用于寒冷地区冬季没有取暖设施的室内或室外需要用水的场合安装使用。

技术领域：自来水管防冻阀属于自来水管管路阀门。
背景技术：北方冬季寒冷，室内若没有取暖设施或在室外安装的自来水管如果使用普通的自来水阀，往往出现水管结冻，打开水阀放不出水，甚至冻坏水管，无法用水。
发明内容：解决北方冬季没有取暖设备的室内或室外用水难的问题。本发明包括地面阀和地下阀两部分。地下阀由上、下阀体组成，阀内依次装有弹性胶圈，胶圈托，密封垫。上阀体设有渗水孔，阀芯导向筋。阀芯装在阀杆下端，其上端与地面阀手柄开关相接。地下阀封装在渗水井内。结构紧凑，使用方便，水管防冻效果好。保证了寒冷地区冬季没有取暖设施的室内或室外用水问题。
使用时，地面阀与地下阀用水管连接，地下阀封装在渗水井内埋在防冻层以下，与地下供水管道相接。如果用水，打开地面阀的手柄开关，借助管道内水的压力将开关阀杆顶起，地下阀内的弹性胶圈弹起，胶圈托将渗水孔封堵，保证了水通过水管从地面阀出水口排出。不用水时，将地面阀手柄开关关闭，阀杆下压，阀芯封住胶圈托，同时下移露出渗水孔，管内存水沿阀芯与其导向筋间隙，从渗水孔流至渗水井。实现水管内关闭状态无水，达到防冻效果。

地下阀由上阀体7与下阀体12组成，上阀体设有渗水孔10，阀芯导向筋14。阀内自下而上依次装有弹性胶圈11，胶圈托15，密封垫9。阀芯13连接在阀杆4下端，其上端装在地面阀2的手柄开关1下端，地下阀与地面阀2由水管5连接。地面阀2与出水口3为一体。地下阀封装在渗水井罩6内构成的渗水井8内。

1、自来水水管防冻阀，由阀体、阀芯、阀杆构成，其特征在于：它包括地面阀和地下阀两部分，地下阀由上、下阀体组成，阀内依次装有弹性胶圈，胶圈托，密封垫，上阀体设有渗水孔，阀芯导向筋，阀芯装在阀杆下端，其上端与地面阀手柄开关相接，地下阀封装在渗水井内。
