Abstract
振动器抹墙器由振动器、抹灰板、型腔及把手等件构成，其中型腔前阔后狭，前扁后圆，呈扇形，其前端的一个长边与抹灰板连成一体，后端圆口备外接砂浆泵的输出管、振动器及把手安在抹灰板或型腔的背面，与目前的抹墙工具抹子及砂浆喷射器相比，本实用新型具有效率高，效果好、易操作、劳动强度低等优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种粉刷墙壁用的工具，特别涉及抹底灰用的抹子和砂浆喷射器。
目前抹底灰用的工具有两种是：一种是目前应用最广的抹子，系由一个把手和一块薄金属板构成，为纯手工工具，工作效率低，劳动强度高；一种是砂浆喷射器，由砂浆泵、空气压缩机和喷射枪等构成，由于机械管线多，移动困难，操作不便，目前应用极少。
为解决上述两种工具的不足，特设计振动抹墙器。
振动抹墙器的技术方案是：其主体由抹灰板、型腔、振动器和把手等几部分组成，抹灰板由金属制成，形状长方形，与型腔连接为一体，型腔亦由金属板制成，前阔后狭呈扇状，其后部为圆形管状开口，可外接砂浆泵的出料管，往前逐渐放大为扁平状，最前端为一个扁平开口，其中一个长边与抹灰板相连，在该侧型腔的外面或抹灰板的背面，装一个小型振动装置，在该侧型腔外再安装一个把手。
本振动抹墙器需与砂浆泵配合使用，其原理是：工作时砂浆由后端圆管进入扁平型腔，并由前端扁平开出挤出，操作者手持把手，用前面抹灰板将砂浆涂抹在墙上，振动装置的作用是增强砂浆与墙面之间的附着力，使涂抹更易于进行。
本振动抹墙器与抹子相比，具有效率高，质量好，劳动强度低等优点，与砂浆喷射器相比，则有结构简单，机械管线少(省去了空气压缩机等)，移动方便、操作容易、造价低等优点。
本技术方案简单明了，下面结合附图略作说明。

如图1及图2所示，该振动抹墙器系由一个长方形的抹灰板、一个前扁后圆前阔后狭的型腔，一个n形把手(也可是T形)和一个小型外部振动器等构成。型腔的开口处为长方形，见图3；中间偏前处为扁圆形，见图4；中间偏后处有一个凹陷，见图2及图5，它的作用是使用砂浆分流，并均匀地到达型腔前端。

- 一种粉刷墙壁用的工具振动抹墙器，其特征是由抹灰板、型腔、振动装置及把手等几部分组成，其中抹灰板为长方形金属板，它与型腔前端连成一体，型腔亦由金属板制成，前阔后狭呈扇状，其后端为圆形管状开口，往前逐渐放大为扁平状，最前端为一个扁平开口，其中一个长边与抹灰板相连，在该侧型腔的外面或抹灰板的背面安装一个小型振动装置，该侧型腔的外面还装有一个把手。
