本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：一种竹箨一次性环保鞋垫，其特征是：由有冲压透气孔(4)的上竹箨层(1)、周边与上竹箨层(1)缝合连接的下竹箨层(2)、以及设置于上竹箨层(1)与下竹箨层(2)之间的自然纤维填充材料层(3)构成。
所述上竹箨层(1)还可以冲压成形各种凹凸图案及文字(6)。
采用本实用新型，主要采用竹箨(俗名又叫笋壳，是竹笋上一片一片的保护皮，当竹笋长高出林时逐步脱落掉于地上，能自行生物降解。)层和自然纤维填充材料(如玉米皮、丝瓜布等)层连接构成，有较强的滤水功能，并富有弹性，脚接触面有自然的细腻舒适感，产品回归自然，利于人体健康和环境保护。

具体实施方式
一种竹箨一次性环保鞋垫，由有冲压透气孔4的上竹箨层1、周边与上竹箨层1缝合连接的下竹箨层2、以及设置于上竹箨层1与下竹箨层2之间的自然纤维填充材料层3构成。
该产品的生产工序是：收集竹箨去毛整理→用特制鞋模冲压成鞋形→清洗消毒→脱水处理→根据厚度要求两片或多片结合，中间加入填充物(如玉米皮、丝瓜布等)→缝边成形→冲压、印花→包装修饰。
