Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种镶推拉键式自润滑汽轮机轴承箱,轴承箱与汽缸之间安装着推拉键、汽缸猫爪搭接在轴承箱上,轴承箱底面按菱形排列布满小孔并,小孔内镶满自润滑复合材料,小孔为平底孔。本实用新型由于安装了推拉键,作用力在中下部,避免了以往猫爪传递的推偏和翻转力矩所产生的卡涩,同时箱底面镶自润滑复合材料,所钻小孔为平底孔,保证自润滑复合材料受热胀出并紧贴在对磨表面上,由于孔为菱形排列,每次启机受热时对磨表面无自润滑复合材料接触处因相对运动而吸附上自润滑复合材料,这样锈蚀面积减少,摩擦系数降低。从而使轴承箱膨胀顺畅。

背景技术:现有的汽轮机轴承箱如图1和图2所示需要猫爪传递推拉力,猫爪作用力在上部,两猫爪距离宽,这样易造成翻转力矩和推偏,从而导致卡涩。同时由于底面不钻孔不镶自润滑复合材料,因此底面易生锈,使磨擦系数增大,以上原因造成轴承箱启机受热膨胀不畅。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是为了防止推拉结构产生卡涩以及降低底面摩擦系数,从而保证汽轮机轴承箱启机受热时膨胀顺畅。本实用新型的目的是通过以下结构实现的:本实用新型为一种镶推拉键式自润滑汽轮机轴承箱,轴承箱与汽缸之间安装着推拉键、汽缸猫爪搭接在轴承箱上,轴承箱底面按菱形排列布满小孔并,小孔内镶满自润滑复合材料,小孔为平底孔。本实用新型由于安装了推拉键,作用力在中下部,避免了以往猫爪传递的推偏和翻转力矩所产生的卡涩,同时箱底面镶自润滑复合材料,所钻小孔为平底孔,保证自润滑复合材料受热胀出并紧贴在对磨表面上,由于孔为菱形排列,每次启机受热时对磨表面无自润滑复合材料接触处因相对运动而吸附上自润滑复合材料,这样锈蚀面积减少,摩擦系数降低。从而使轴承箱膨胀顺畅。

具体实施方式:
如图3所示的本实用新型为一种镶推拉键式自润滑汽轮机轴承箱,一种镶推拉键式自润滑汽轮机轴承箱,轴承箱1与汽缸2之间安装着推拉键汽缸2猫爪5搭接在轴承箱1上,如图5所示,轴承箱1底面按菱形排列布满小孔4并,如图6所示,小孔4内镶满自润滑复合材料6,小孔4为平底孔。如图4所示,推拉键3为两个插条,每一个插条两端分别插装在汽缸内壁和轴承箱的梯形槽7内,小孔4中心距为20mm,其孔直径为Φ10mm,深10mm。

Claims (2)

1、一种镶推拉键式自润滑汽轮机轴承箱,其特征是:轴承箱(1)与汽缸(2)之间安装着推拉键(3)、汽缸(2)猫爪(5)搭接在轴承箱(1)上,轴承箱(1)底面按菱形排列布满小孔(4)并,小孔(4)内镶满自润滑复合材料(6),小孔(4)为平底孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种镶推拉键式自润滑汽轮机轴承箱,其特征是:推拉键(3)为两个插条,每一个插条两端分别插装在汽缸内壁和轴承箱的梯形槽(7)内,小孔(4)中心距为20mm,其孔直径为Φ10mm,深10mm。
