Abstract

一种三层复合塑纸，它是由纸质、塑料薄膜，热辊滚压而成。在一层塑料薄膜的两面有两个纸层。这种塑纸具有一般面巾类纸的柔软性，又有相当的强度，所以能在保持良好的吸水性和防渗性的情况下，还有不易撕碎，挺括的特点。它可用于制作各种一次性的纸制品，如各种卫生纸巾，餐桌布、餐巾纸等。

一种三层复合塑纸
本实用新型涉及一种纸塑复合的耐水纸，是一种易吸水、防渗透，且又不易被撕碎的复合纸。
现有的用生活用纸制作的餐巾纸、面巾纸、各类卫生纸都易吸水，但不耐水，而且这些纸制品的纸质都较软且强度差，易撕碎或溶化。所以在使用中往往要特别小心，以避免过早撕碎或溶化，同样，大量使用的一次性塑料桌布等用品不吸水、质感差，这些都限制了它们的使用范围。
本实用新型的目的是用生活用纸经加工后，使此纸保持易吸水防渗而又不易被撕碎，且仍很柔软，又有一定强度的性能。
本实用新型是这样来实现的：这种纸是在两层生活用纸中夹一层塑料薄膜热辊滚压而成，经过热辊滚压可提高纸的粘合强度，所以成品是一种具有一定强度的、柔软的，它具有卫生类用纸的吸水性能，又因此纸的中间层是一层塑料薄膜可作为隔水层而不会透水或起加强筋的作用而不易被撕碎，此纸可根据强度和用途，来决定选用塑料薄膜厚度和纸质。这种复合纸可用于制作餐桌布、餐巾纸、面巾纸、湿面巾、厨房用纸、厨师工作衣帽制作用纸、医院手术纸和手术衣帽、儿童用品等一次性用品。

一种用纸与塑料薄膜复合的耐水纸的结构是这样的：在纸质(1)、(3)的中间夹着一层塑料薄膜(2)，再经热辊滚压即融合成为一种超薄复合塑纸。
