本实用新型属于变压器的一般部件,是一种低电压大电流层式绕组,适用于液体或气体冷却的变压器,特别是有低电压的大电流层式绕组的变压器。
背景技术
目前,一千伏及以下大电流的圆筒式或螺旋式等层式绕组一般采用外包绝缘的导线绕制而成。其目的是在保证线匝间绝缘的条件下,又可通过大电流。其存在的技术问题是:由于这种层式绕组并绕的绝缘导线根数较多,其导线外包绝缘层的厚度加大了绕组的轴向和幅向尺寸,且绝缘层又影响绕组的散热,因此,绕组尺寸较大,散热较差。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的绕组尺寸较大、散热较差等技术问题,本实用新型提供一种绕组尺寸较小、散热较好、成本较低的低电压大电流层式绕组。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括绝缘导线、裸导线等,其特殊之处是:在绕组轴向或轴向和幅向并绕的几根裸导线的轴向一侧或两侧或中间并绕一根或各一根绝缘导线或绝缘条;还可以在绕组的轴向线匝间设有绝缘。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是:由于本实用新型是采用并绕的裸导线的轴向一侧或两侧或中间并绕有绝缘导线或绝缘条,或线匝间设有绝缘的结构,减少了已有技术中大部分绝缘导线的外包绝缘占据的尺寸和影响散热的不足,因此绕组尺寸较小,散热较好,且成本低。

具体实施方式
参照图1—图6。本实用新型包括绝缘导线或绝缘条1、裸导线2、端绝缘5等。其结构特征是:在绕组轴向或轴向和幅向并绕的几根裸导线2的轴向一侧或两侧或中间并饶一根或各一根绝缘导线或绝缘条1;还可以在绕组的轴向线匝I间设有绝缘3。若绕组层数为2层或多于2层时,可在绕组的层间设有层绝缘或散热通道4。图1中所示绕组为2层,是在绕组内层II和绕组外层III间设有层绝缘或散热通道4,在绕组两端设有端绝缘5。图2中所示的是一个线匝I的裸导线2的轴向两侧和中间各并绕一根绝缘导线或绝缘条1的实施例结构示意图。图3中所示的是幅向有两根并绕裸导线2的一个线匝I的轴向两侧和中间各并绕一根绝缘导线或绝缘条1的实施例结构示意图。图4中所示的是一个线匝I裸导线2轴向两侧各并绕一根绝缘导线或绝缘条1的实施例结构示意图。图5中所示的是一个线匝I裸导线2轴向一侧和中间各并绕一根绝缘导线或绝缘条1的实施例结构示意图。图6中所示的是一个线匝I裸导线2轴向一侧并绕一根绝缘导线或绝缘条1的实施例结构示意图。

Claims (2)

1、低电压大电流层式绕组,包括绝缘导线、裸导线等,其特征是:在绕组轴向或轴向和幅向并绕的几根裸导线的轴向一侧或两侧或中间并绕一根或各一根绝缘导线或绝缘条。
2、据权利要求1所述的低电压大电流层式绕组,其特征是:还可以在绕组的轴向线匝间设有绝缘。
