本实用新型属于供水部件技术领域,特别涉及一种感应磁化水龙头。
背景技术
现有水龙头大多属于手动型,使用时需用手拧动或者拨动。这种水龙头使用不甚方便,由于关闭时间滞后以及有时忘记关闭水龙头,有相当一部分水未经利用就流入下水道,从而造成很大的水资源浪费。另外,洗手前手上可能带有各种脏物(包括细菌和病毒),洗净了的手在关闭水龙头时会出现二次污染。为解决上述问题,有人提出把红外传感器应用于水龙头,利用红外传感器感应人手进而打开、关闭水龙头。该水龙头中还安装有磁化装置。但在这种设计中,红外传感器与水龙头呈分体结构,结构松散,安装复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、便于安装的感应磁化水龙头。
为达上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种感应磁化水龙头,包括红外传感器和与水龙头连接的电磁阀,红外传感器和电磁阀通过导线与控制电路板连接,控制电路板接电源,红外线传感器安装于水龙头壳体前部。
控制电路板位于水龙头外。
本实用新型对现有感应磁化水龙头进行改进,把红外传感器与水龙头一体化设计、并安装于壳体前部感应窗内,电磁阀安装于水龙头壳体内,整体结构紧凑,安装时只需固定好水龙头即可,不需要在室内墙壁上开槽安装红外感应器,安装方便。装有控制电路板的控制器通过所带插头与电源插座联接即可使用。当人手接近水龙头,红外感应器感应并把信号传递到控制器中的控制电路,控制电路启动电磁阀给水,人手离开时,相反动作启动,水龙头关闭。

实施例、一种感应磁化水龙头1,包括红外传感器2和与水龙头1连接的电磁阀3,红外传感器2和电磁阀3通过导线4与控制器5中的控制电路板连接,控制器5通过所带插头6接电源,红外传感器2安装于水龙头1壳体7前部感应窗内,电磁阀3安装于水龙头壳体7内,控制器5位于水龙头外。8为进水口。

1、一种感应磁化水龙头,包括红外传感器和与水龙头连接的电磁阀,红外传感器和电磁阀通过导线与控制电路板连接,控制电路板接电源,其特征在于,红外传感器安装于水龙头壳体前部。
2、如权利要求1所述的水龙头,其特征在于,控制电路板位于水龙头外。
