技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种包装用品，尤其是一种包装盒和包装箱中的纸质内衬垫。
背景技术
为了避免包装盒或包装箱中的被包装物在运输过程中动荡不定，一般都应在包装盒或包装箱中放入松软的填充料，应用最为广泛的是高分子聚合物经发泡成型制成的内衬垫，这种内衬垫的包装部位有与被包装物的外形形状相匹配的凹凸，对包装物安装在包装箱中起到固定和支撑作用。但这种发泡材料内衬垫是由聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯等高分子聚合物化工原料制成，它根本无法降解，自然降解需要数百年时间，燃烧会产生浓烈的黑烟，所以它对生态环境造成了严重的破坏，严重威胁着人类的生存空间，是一种名符其实的白色污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的缺陷和不足，为包装行业提供一种无污染的包装箱纸质内衬垫。该包装箱纸质内衬垫包括基体、基体的外缘轮廓与包装箱内腔形状一致，基体的包装部位有与包装物的外形形状相匹配的凹陷和凸起；相邻基体的交界处可以互相粘接。本实用新型能代替传统高分子发泡内衬垫，消除了白色污染，为子孙后代造福，同时原料来源广，制造容易，又节省了成型模具制造费用，有效地降低了制造成本，而且抗冲撞挤压，能很好地保护被包装物。

具体实施方式
该包装箱纸质内衬垫的基体1是由瓦楞纸板制成，基体的外缘轮廓与包装箱内腔形状一致，安放在包装箱内，使它的外缘轮廓紧贴于包装箱内腔，图中的基体呈长方形适用于长方形包装箱。基体的包装部位有与包装物外形相匹配的凹陷2和凸起3，基体处于包装物的上、下面，使被包装物既能相对固定，又能在运输过程中起到缓冲和减振的作用。基体可以弯折或冲压方式形成凹陷或凸起，各相邻基体的交界处4可以互相粘接。

1.一种包装箱内衬垫，其基体(1)的外缘轮廓与包装箱内腔形状一致，其特征在于基体的包装部位有与包装物体外形相匹配的凹陷(2)和凸起(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装箱纸质内衬垫，其特征在于所述相邻基体的交界处(4)互相粘接。
