本实用新型公开了一种与断路器连接的剩余电流脱扣器模块,所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子的一端与断路器接线端子插接并固定连接,而且所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子的另一端还设有与外部连接的接线端子,剩余电流脱扣器的零序互感器设置在剩余电流脱扣器接线端子内,剩余电流脱扣器体与剩余电流脱扣器接线端子大致成“L”形。当剩余电流脱扣器模块和断路器连接成一体后,就成为一个带剩余电流保护功能的断路器,因为其连接方式为插接并固定连接方式,且剩余电流脱扣器的零序互感器设置在剩余电流脱扣器接线端子内,所以其体积小,结构紧凑,操作安装方便,容易制造维修。

本实用新型涉及一种剩余电流脱扣器,特别是一种与断路器连接的剩余电流脱扣器。
                        背景技术
现在带剩余电流脱扣器的断路器,都是断路器与剩余电流脱扣器做成一体,体积较大,因其内部控制及执行装置相互较为复杂,安装连接困难,生产工艺复杂,而且一旦断路器或剩余电流脱扣器失效,整套装置既失效,即使维修也非常困难。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种与断路器连接的模块化的剩余电流脱扣器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种与断路器连接的剩余电流脱扣器模块,包括剩余电流脱扣器体,与断路器接线端子连接的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子,剩余电流脱扣器体上设有在剩余电流状态下可分断断路器电流的拨动装置,所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子的一端与断路器接线端子插接并固定连接,而且所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子的另一端还设有与外部连接的接线端子,剩余电流脱扣器的零序互感器设置在剩余电流脱扣器接线端子内,剩余电流脱扣器体与剩余电流脱扣器接线端子大致成“L”形。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构,所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子的一端与断路器接线端子插接并固定连接,而且所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子的另一端还设有与外部连接的接线端子,剩余电流脱扣器的零序互感器设置在剩余电流脱扣器接线端子内,剩余电流脱扣器与剩余电流脱扣器接线端子大致成“L”形,当剩余电流脱扣器模块和断路器连接成一体后,就成为一个带剩余电流保护功能的断路器,因为其连接方式为插接并固定连接方式,且剩余电流脱扣器的零序互感器设置在剩余电流脱扣器接线端子内,所以其体积小,结构紧凑,操作安装方便,容易制造维修。

如附图所示,一种与断路器连接的剩余电流脱扣器模块,包括剩余电流脱扣器体2,与断路器1接线端子连接的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子3,剩余电流脱扣器体2上设有在剩余电流状态下可分断断路器电流的拨动装置6,所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子3的一端与断路器1接线端子插接并固定连接,而且所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子3的另一端还设有与外部连接的接线端子,剩余电流脱扣器的零序互感器4设置在剩余电流脱扣器接线端子3内,剩余电流脱扣器体2与剩余电流脱扣器接线端子3大致成“L”形。所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子3设置在所述的断路器1的输出接线端子上。

1.一种与断路器连接的剩余电流脱扣器模块,包括剩余电流脱扣器体(2),与断路器(1)接线端子连接的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子(3),剩余电流脱扣器体(2)上设有在剩余电流状态下可分断断路器电流的拨动装置(6),其特征在于:所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子(3)的一端与断路器(1)接线端子插接并固定连接,而且所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端子(3)的另一端还设有与外部连接的接线端子,剩余电流脱扣器的零序互感器(4)设置在剩余电流脱扣器接线端子(3)内,剩余电流脱扣器体(2)与剩余电流脱扣器接线端子(3)大致成“L”形。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种与断路器连接的剩余电流脱扣器模块,其特征在于:所述的剩余电流脱扣器接线端了(3)设置在所述的断路器(1)的输出接线端子上。
