Abstract
本实用新型属于油田钻井包镶式复合切削齿套铣钻头,钻速高耐磨寿命长。在接头体(E)套铣端外面形成倒角锥面、等径外环面和弧形面底端,在其里面也形成倒角锥面和等径外环面和弧形面底端,在上述内、外环面上构成碳化钨胎环体(D);在碳化钨胎环体(D)端面上形成间隔的多个凹弧形水道(A),在形成的间隔每个凸台面上钎焊金刚石复合片齿柱排(B)和中心聚晶齿柱排(F)。本实用新型采用了切削齿碳化钨胎环体全包镶结构,加强了切削齿保护面积;采用了热化学切削齿钎焊工艺,有效地去除氧化物,提高了切削齿钎焊强度;采用了长后托削齿及聚晶加强齿柱设计,提高了机械钻速及使用寿命。
Description
(一)技术领域:
本实用新型属于油田油井钻头,尤其是包镶式复合切削齿套铣钻头。
(二)背景技术:
随着油田的进一步开发,油田套管损坏速度呈逐年上升趋势。为保障油田稳产,加快修复这些套损井是摆在油田开发中的一个重要课题。套损井修复主要采用的是套管外套铣修复法,就是利用地面设备及井下工具将套损点以上的套管取出,再下入新套管与下部原井对接,达到彻底修复的目的;适用于套管穿孔、破裂、严重变形及措断井的修复;取套后的油水井100%恢复原通径,取换套部以上性能与新完钻井相同。影响套铣修复的因素较多,如井下残留落物、套管外封隔器、套管扶正器、措断的套管等,但主要原因在于套铣钻头的好坏,这直接影响着套铣速度;目前应用的套铣钻头多为钢体刮刀式套铣钻头和在钢体上敷焊金刚石的磨铣钻头,钢体刮刀式套铣钻头其缺点在于易蹦齿、和刀翼损坏严重,机械寿命低,套铣封固段时机械钻速慢,为1-1.5m/h,而在钢体上敷焊金刚石的磨铣钻头,由于其切削量小,机械钻速很低。
(三)实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对背景技术中存在的问题,而提供一种可提高钻速耐磨寿命长的包镶式复合切削齿套铣钻头。
本实用新型解决其问题可通过如下技术方案来达到:在接头体套铣端外面形成倒角锥面、等径外环面和弧形面底端,在其里面也形成倒角锥面和等径内环面,在上述内、外环面上构成碳化钨胎环体;在碳化钨胎环体端面上形成间隔的多个凹弧形水道,在形成的间隔每个凸台面上钎焊金刚石复合片齿柱排和中心聚晶齿柱排。
在上述方案中,碳化钨胎环体的外径大于接头体的外径。在碳化钨胎环体端面上形成间隔的8个水道。在形成的间隔每个凸台面上一侧钎焊金刚石复合片齿柱排。齿柱排B的每个齿柱粗于齿柱排F的每个齿柱,而且前者齿柱个数少于后者齿柱个数。由以上方案构成的切削齿全包镶结构,调整了胎体磨损性能,使之即具有很高的抗弯曲强度,又能保证切削齿实现自锐,并设计有加强齿柱,限制切削量,能够有效的保护主切削齿。辅助内水道设计,改善了切削齿冷却效果,有利于清洗和排屑;多齿同轨迹设计,增强了钻头的稳定性;
本实用新型与背景技术相比具有如下有益效果:本实用新型采用了切削齿碳化钨胎环体全包镶结构,加强了切削齿保护面积;本实用新型采用了热化学切削齿钎焊工艺,有效地去除氧化物,提高了切削齿钎焊强度;本实用新型采用了长后托切削齿及聚晶加强齿柱设计,提高了机械钻速及使用寿命;本实用新型采用了内辅助水道设计可以有效地冷却切削齿,并且采用了多齿同轨道设计,使钻头工作状态更加平稳;

由图1结合图2所示,在接头体E套铣外面形成倒角锥面、等径外环面和弧形面底端,在其里面也形成倒角锥面和等径内环面,在上述内、外环面上构成碳化钨胎环体D;在碳化钨胎环体D端面上形成间隔的多个凹弧形水道A,在形成的间隔每个凸台面上钎焊金刚石复合片齿柱排B和中心聚晶齿柱排F。

1、一种涉及包镶式复合切削齿套铣钻头,含有接头体(E),其特征在于:
a、在接头体(E)套铣端外面形成倒角锥面、等径外环面和弧形面底端,在其里面也形成倒角锥面和等径内环面,在上述内、外环面上构成碳化钨胎环体(D);
b、在碳化钨胎环体(D)端面上形成间隔的多个凹弧形水道(A),在形成的间隔每个凸台面上钎焊金刚石复合片齿柱排(B)和中心聚晶齿柱排(F)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的套铣钻头,其特征在于:碳化钨胎环体(D)的外径大于接头体(E)的外径。
3、根据权利要求1所述的套铣钻头,其特征在于:在碳化钨胎环体(D)端面上形成间隔的8个水道(A)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的套铣钻头,其特征在于:在形成的间隔每个凸台面上一侧钎焊金刚石复合片齿柱排(B)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的套铣钻头,其特征在于:齿柱排(B)的每个齿柱粗于齿柱排(F)的每个齿柱,而且前者齿柱个数少于后者齿柱个数。
