Description
本实用新型涉及一种治疗打鼾的腰带，睡眠时佩带，结构简单。
据临床观察，仰卧睡眠时舌根、软腭等软组织后坠，可使上呼吸道变窄，甚至完全堵塞，从而加重打鼾甚至导致呼吸暂停。纠正睡眠姿势是防止打鼾的有效保守治疗方法之一。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种睡眠时佩戴的腰带，仰卧位时弹性球体会刺激腰部产生不适，从而促使翻身，可及时将仰卧位睡眠纠正为侧卧位睡眠，改善呼吸。
本实用新型的主体材料选用纯棉或罗布麻。罗布麻与身体长期接触，其有效成分可通过皮肤渗透被人体吸收，作用于经络、气血、肝脏及局部病灶，达到降血压，调整和提高肌体机能的效果。经临床观察，罗布麻确有治疗高血压、高血脂的功效。

图1中：1为腰带主体，中部有一布袋2，布袋内置弹性球3，腰带以粘扣4a、4b固定于腰部。
实用中腰带后部有一口袋，可根据个体选用不同弹性的球体。建议：为确保疗效，配合使用硬板床或加强型席梦思。
