Abstract

一种双桶洗衣机用进水切换机构，主要包括控制座及控制座上所设的进水口，在进水口上套有切换把手，并与套在进水口下部的转换接头相连接，在转换接头下是进水槽；切换把手和转换接头都是环绕进水口同步旋转的。设有定位装置，使得转换接头被旋到分别指向进水槽的洗涤侧或脱水侧对应的格子时能准确定位。

                     技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种洗衣机用装置，尤其是涉及一种双桶洗衣机用进水切换机构。
                     背景技术
双桶洗衣机为了实现洗涤、漂洗功能需要向洗涤侧进水：为了提高漂洗效率，使脱水桶具有喷淋漂洗功能，则需要向脱水侧进水。为此进水口处需要一进水切换机构来决定是向洗涤侧进水还是向脱水侧进水。现在双桶洗衣机的进水切换机构是在控制座上设有拨钮，拨动在进水槽上的拨叉在一个滑动的直线轨道上移动，带动拉杆拨动进水口下的转换接头来实现向洗涤侧、脱水侧进水的切换。该结构容易出现卡死、拨叉断、拨动不灵活、结构较复杂、成本较高。
                     发明内容
本实用新型主要是提供一种结构简单、切换方便的双桶洗衣机用进水切换机构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案。这种双桶洗衣机用进水切换机构，主要包括控制座及控制座上所设的进水口，在进水口上套有切换把手，并与套在进水口下部的转换接头相连接，在转换接头下是进水槽；切换把手和转换接头都是环绕进水口同步旋转的。转换接头的出口端分别和进水槽的洗涤侧或脱水侧处的格子相对应。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案还可以进一步完善。设有定位装置，使得转换接头被旋到分别指向进水槽的洗涤侧或脱水侧对应的格子时能准确定位。
本实用新型有益的效果是：切换方便，易于操作，能较简单地实现双桶洗衣机上的水流切换功能，成本也较低。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。这种双桶洗衣机用进水切换机构，主要包括控制座6及控制座6上所设的进水口1、进水槽盖3，在进水口1上套有切换把手2，并与套在进水口1下部的转换接头4相连接，在转换接头4下是进水槽5；切换把手2和转换接头4都是环绕进水口1同步旋转的，转换接头4的出口端分别和进水槽5的洗涤侧或脱水侧处的格子相对应。设有定位块，使得转换接头4被旋到分别指向进水槽5的洗涤侧7或脱水侧8对应的格子时能准确定位。工作过程：通过转动切换把手2，使转换接头4环绕进水口1旋转，将水分别进入进水槽5的洗涤侧7和脱水侧8对应的格子里，通过进水槽5的水道分别流入不同的桶内。

1、一种双桶洗衣机用进水切换机构，主要包括控制座(6)及控制座(6)上所设的进水口(1)，其特征在于：在进水口(1)上套有切换把手(2)，并与套在进水口(1)下部的转换接头(4)相连接，在转换接头(4)下设有进水槽(5)；转换接头(4)的出口端分别和进水槽(5)的洗涤侧或脱水侧处的格子相对应。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双桶洗衣机用进水切换机构，其特征在于：所述的转换接头(4)上设有定位装置。
3、根据权利要求2所述的双桶洗衣机用进水切换机构，其特征在于：所述的定位装置是在转换接头(4)上设有定位块。
