本实用新型的目的是设计一种颅骨钻孔脑保护器，能够准确地控制钻头的钻入深度，防止钻头钻入脑组织，从而克服现有技术存在的上述不足。
本实用新型的目的是以如下技术方案实现的：在横“U”型槽上唇的螺孔内有一空心螺钉，螺钉的上端有向两侧伸出的耳状手柄，螺钉的下端面粗糟，将颅骨嵌入“U”型槽的下唇和螺钉的下端面之间，拧紧螺钉，将颅骨牢固地固定，钻头通过空心螺钉的空腔在颅骨上钻孔，钻头到达“U”型槽的下唇时，完成钻孔。
