Abstract

一种功率变换器过流保护器,包括电流互感器、电压比较器、单稳触发器、双稳触发器、PWM控制器,其中电流互感器与功率变换器的电路连接以采集信号,与之连接的电压比较器接收传来的信号;电压比较器同时与所述单稳触发器和双稳触发器连接,单稳触发器和双稳触发器经或门与PWM控制器的电流控制端连接。本过流保护器可以避免功率开关管长期经受持续的过流冲击,从而使功率变换器既能可靠工作,又能有效地得到保护。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种过流保护器,特别涉及一种用于功率变换器的截止式过流保护器,属于电子技术领域。
背景技术
一般的功率变换器过电流保护装置的原理框图如图1所示,功率桥的工作电流经电流互感器TA后由电阻Ri取样,取样电压记为Is,在比较器中与电源设定值比较后,产生脉冲电压,经单稳态触发器产生较宽的禁止脉冲,通过控制器关断桥路的功率开关管V1、V2、V3、V4,从而起到保护作用。如果过流因素一直存在,保护电路就会不断地产生关断、启动,再关断、再启动的“打呃”现象,这样将持续周期性的对功率开关管产生电流冲击,由此产生的电流应力终将导致功率开关管的损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的用于功率变换器的截止式过流保护器,可以避免功率开关管长期经受持续的过流冲击,从而使功率变换器既能可靠工作,又能有效地得到保护。
为实现上述的发明目的,本实用新型采用下述的技术方案:
一种功率变换器过流保护器,包括电流互感器、电压比较器、单稳触发器、双稳触发器、PWM控制器,其特征在于:
所述电流互感器与功率变换器的电路连接以采集信号,与之连接的电压比较器接收传来的信号;电压比较器同时与所述单稳触发器和双稳触发器连接,所述单稳触发器和双稳触发器经或门与PWM控制器的电流控制端连接。
本实用新型所述的功率变换器过流保护器可以避免功率开关管长期经受持续的过流冲击,使功率变换器既能可靠工作,又能有效地得到保护。在电路结构上改变不多,却能收到很好的使用效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
经研究发现,一般随机性的过流信号重复时间间隔多在1秒以下,只有在功率变压器次级短路,功率桥自身发生故障等情况下,才会产生逐周期(微秒级)的过流信号。为使变换器既能可靠工作,又能有效地得到保护,本实用新型采用如下的保护原理:当发生随机过流信号时,控制电路按上面所述的控制逻辑工作,保护过后再启动,一旦发生连续过流信号,即在第一次保护复位后,随即接到第二个过流信号,则通过一个双稳态电路,立即禁止控制器输出,进行截止式保护。只有在关断输入电源的情况下才能解除保护,从而有效地保护功率开关管的安全。上述的原理框图如图2所示。
图3为本实用新型所述的功率变换器过流保护器的电路原理图。其中,比较器N1为LM393。D1A、D1B为双D触发器CD4013,其中D1A接成单稳态触发器,D1B接成双稳态触发器。D2A为或门CD4071。N2为PWM控制器UC3875。N1的“+”、“-”端分别接Is和VR信号,输出端分别接D1A的3脚和D1B的11脚。D1A的1脚经二极管V2和电阻R4接D1B的9脚,4脚经并联V1和R2接1脚,4脚另经电容C1接地。D1B的13脚经V3接9脚,并经并联的C2和R3后接地,10脚一路经R5接地,另一路经电容C3接VCC信号。D1A的1脚和D1B的13脚分别与D2A的1脚和2脚相连。D2A的3脚接PWM控制器N2的电流控制端C/S+。
在电路上电的初始状态,比较器的基准电压VR大于电源取样电压Is,N1输出为“0”,D2输出为“0”。PWM控制器电流控制端C/S+为“0”,被允许工作。
如果有过流信号产生,即IS>VR,N1输出为“1”,其前沿触发D1A,使其1脚Q为“1”电平。此电平的作用有三:
1.使UC3875输出被禁止,N1产生的窄脉冲结束;
2.通过R2给C1充电的暂态过程开始;
3.通过V2、R4给C2充电。
在此以前,由于D1B的9脚为“0”电平,在N1的脉冲到来时维持“0”态不变,经过大约1.5秒,N1返回初始状态。C2被充电到接近“1”电平。PWM控制器N2的输出重新被允许,如果这时是随机过流信号,当N2重新工作时,IS<VR,保护电路维持第1个状态,如果是持续故障,在N2被允许的第1个输出周期,又产生IS>VR,比较器N1产生第2个脉冲,这时由于C2通过R3的放电常数很大,D1B的第9脚仍维持在“1”电平的临界值以上,所以被比较器N1产生的第2个脉冲前沿触发,其13脚Q端输出“1”电平,通过二极管V3自锁维持,同时使PWM控制器N2的输出持续被禁止,功率桥的四个功率开关管被关断,从而使功率器件得到保护。
需要说明的是,本实用新型的特定实施方案已经对本实用新型进行了详细描述,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不背离本实用新型的精神和范围的情况下对它进行的各种显而易见的改变都在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种功率变换器过流保护器,包括电流互感器、电压比较器、单稳触发器、双稳触发器、PWM控制器,其特征在于:
所述电流互感器与功率变换器的电路连接以采集信号,与之连接的电压比较器接收传来的信号;电压比较器同时与所述单稳触发器和双稳触发器连接,所述单稳触发器和双稳触发器经或门与PWM控制器的电流控制端连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的功率变换器过流保护器中,所述的单稳触发器和双稳触发器为DQ触发器。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的功率变换器过流保护器中,所述双稳触发器的Q端经二极管接D端,D端经并联的电容和电阻后接地。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的功率变换器过流保护器中,所述单稳触发器的Q端经二极管和电阻接双稳触发器的D端。
