技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力地埋式变压器，特别是一种固态地埋式非晶合金变压器。
背景技术
目前现有的地埋式变压器均为油浸式结构，用绝缘油作为绝缘和散热介质，不能满足防火及防爆的要求，且有渗漏可能，而绝缘油渗漏时更会污染大地环境。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中地埋式变压器均为油浸式结构，用绝缘油作为绝缘和散热介质，不能满足防火及防爆的要求，且有渗漏可能，而绝缘油渗漏时更会污染大地环境的问题。本实用新型设计固态地埋式非晶合金变压器，包括复合材料外壳、高低压绕组、铁芯、高压电缆套管座、低压导出电缆，其特征在于：在复合材料外壳内填充有绝缘树脂，铁芯为非晶合金。本实用新型的优点是采用固态绝缘树脂作为绝缘和热传导介质，对变压器的内核整体封装，彻底消除了油浸埋入式变压器对大地环境潜在的污染可能性，是一种固态的防水、防爆、无渗漏的终身免维护的“绿色”节能环保型变压器。

具体实施方法
图中包括防爆复合材料外壳4、高低压绕组2、铁芯1、高压电缆套管座5、低压导出电缆6，其特征在于：在防爆复合材料外壳4内填充有绝缘树脂3，铁芯1为非晶合金高导磁铁芯，制造时将高低压绕组2、铁芯1安装入防爆复合材料外壳4内，进行高压电缆套管座5、低压导出电缆6连接，然后在真空状态下往防爆复合材料外壳4内注入绝缘树脂3，绝缘树脂3对整个变压器进行封闭。

1、固态地埋式非晶合金变压器，包括复合材料外壳、高低压绕组、铁芯、高压电缆套管座、低压导出电缆，其特征在于：在复合材料外壳内填充有绝缘树脂。
2、按权利要求1所述的非晶合金固态埋入式变压器，其特征在于：铁芯为非晶合金。
