本实用新型公开了一种编织式焊接钢塑土工格栅,以钢塑带为受力单元,钢塑带两面均压制凹凸相间的图纹,钢塑带纵、横交叉编织成格,其相交点为焊接点。钢塑带可以采用一、一,二、二,二、三或三、三根纵横交叉编织成格的方式。本土工格栅具有高抗拉强度,摩擦系数大,纵横带交织不易分离,结点牢固,嵌锁性能好的特点。

本实用新型涉及一种土工格栅,具体涉及一种编织式焊接钢塑土工格栅,属于建筑构件技术领域。
技术背景
在路基、坝堤、护坡拉筋挡墙、软土地基等工程建设中,为确保工程质量,常采用在土体中设置加筋材料,与土体产生的摩擦作用,将其受力传递到加筋材料上,形成加筋土格墙、加筋土路基、加筋土桥台、加筋土垫层等构筑物的填筑。目前国内采用的钢塑带纵横排列成格的土工格栅,可以有效增强对土体的嵌锁能力,但由于采用的是平行单面焊接,在沙、石碾压过程中,相交焊接点容易被撕开,影响各方向嵌锁能力和加筋效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在上述之不足,提供一种高抗拉强度,摩擦系数大,纵横带交织焊接不易分离,嵌锁性能好的高强编织固结土工格栅。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取编织式焊接钢塑土工格栅,以钢塑带为受力单元,钢塑带两面均压制凹凸相间的图纹,纵横交叉编织成格,其相交点为焊接点。焊接点可为电加热焊接、粘合剂搭接。所述钢塑带由一、一,二、二,二、三或三、三根纵横交叉编织成格。
采用本结构具有如下特点:(1)采用钢塑带为基本受力单元,抗拉力强。(2)钢塑带纵横交叉编织并焊接,各相交焊接点能相互作用,共同承压,在沙、石碾压过程中不易被撕开,能充分发挥整体受力和各方向的嵌锁能力,达到加筋固土效果。(3)钢塑带两面压制凹凸相间的图纹,增大了塑料带对土体的摩擦系数,增加了同一单位面积的抗拉强度,有利于格栅对土体的加固与补强。
因此,本土工格栅与目前国内同类钢塑土工格栅产品相比,抗拉强度显著增强,摩擦力加大,嵌锁性能好,具有广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
实施例:参见图1,本编织式焊接钢塑土工格栅的受力单元采用钢塑带。钢塑带两面均压制凹凸相间的图纹,且彼此纵、横交叉编织成格,其相交点为焊接点。

参见图3,两面均压制有凹凸相间图纹的钢塑带还可二、三或三、二纵横交叉编织成格,其相交点为焊接点。
钢塑带的宽、窄与排列的多少,以及纵、横交叉编织的方式,可根据工程设计需要的抗拉强度(KN)设计,以形成不同规格,适应范围更广。
钢塑带两面压制的凹凸相间的图纹可为棱型、方型、圆型、三角型或其它多边形纹路;接点采用电加热焊接、粘合剂搭接等方式均落在本实用新型保护范围之内。

1.编制式焊接钢塑土工格栅,其特征在于以钢塑带为受力单元,钢塑带两面均压制凹凸相间的图纹,钢塑带纵横交叉编织成格,其相交点为焊接点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的土工格栅,其特征在于所述焊接点可为电加热焊接、粘合剂搭接。
3.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的土工格栅,其特征在于所述钢塑带由一、一,二、二,二、三或三、三根纵横交叉编织成格。
