防断导线
本发明涉及一种改进的导线，特别是能够防止导线接头处折断的导线，属于输电设备领域。
现有的导线一般为外表包有绝缘材料的金属导线，当导线与各种电器连接时，通常是由绝缘材料中的金属导线与电器或插头直接连接，这样当电器经常使用时，其连接处不断受力，容易使金属导线折断，导致电器断路，致使电器报废，特别是耳机或插头等铸成一体的电器更容易发生这种现象，造成极大的浪费。
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型导线，使导线与插头或其它各种电器的连接处具有很强的抗折能力，以防止导线折断所引起的断路，从而达到延长电器使用寿命的目的。
本发明的方案是以如下方式完成的：在制作有与电器相连接的导线时，将绝缘材料内的金属导线的两端做成弹簧状的导线，这样就增强了导线的抗折能力，防止了导线的折断，从而延长电器的使用寿命。
以下结合说明书对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
图1是本发明具体的结构示意图。
在图1中，(1)为导线或电器的绝缘材料，(2)为电线内部的金属导线，(3)为电器部件，(4)为电器部件中的金属导线，(5)为导线两端的弹簧状金属导线。
如图1所示那样绝缘材料(1)中的金属导线(2)的两端(即与电器相连接的部分)分别为弹簧状导线(5)，这样当弹簧状导线(5)的两端分别与电器连接后，因被塑料等绝缘材料铸成一体时，由于弹簧状导线(5)具有较强的抗折能力，防止了导线与电器连接处的折断，延长了绝缘铸体电器的使用寿命，减少了不必要的浪费。
