Description

冷热互补式综合换热器
本实用新型涉及一种综合换热器,特别是一种能把冷量和热量中和利用的互补式综合换热器。
目前,人们所用的半导体冷藏暖藏两用箱的外部换热器基本上都是吸热、散热相分离,半导体制冷器对冷藏室内制冷所带出的热量和半导体制热器对暖藏室制热所带出的冷量未能相互中合的利用,白白散失到半导体冷藏暖藏两用箱周围空气中。
本实用新型的目的是提供这样一种冷热互补式综合换热器,它可以把半导体制冷器因制冷所产生的热量同半导体制热器因制热所产生的冷量相互中和利用,从而提高半导体制冷器的制冷效率和半导体制热器的制热效率。
本实用新型的目的是通过下面的技术方案实现的:用导热性能良好的金属材料制作成冷媒能在内部流动的吸热器和散热器,选用合适的输液泵和冷凝器,其特征是:吸热器、散热器、冷凝器和输液泵相互连接构成冷媒的流动通路。
本实用新型的工作原理是这样的,吸热器底面同半导体制热器相紧密接触、散热器底面同半导体制冷器相紧密接触,当半导体冷藏暖藏两用箱工作时,半导体制冷器不断地从冷藏室内吸取热量,把热量传送到散热器上,冷藏室内温度降低,达到制冷的目的,半导体制热器不断地从吸热器上吸取热量,并把热量传递到暖藏室中、暖藏室温度升高,达到制热的目的,由于输液泵工作,冷媒在冷热互补式综合换热器内流动,使得散热器上的热量和吸热器上的冷量相互中和利用,降低散热器上温度,提高吸热器上的温度,所以半导体制冷器的制冷效率提高,半导体制热器的制热效率提高,冷凝器则用于散发掉冷热中和后仍使得冷媒温度高于环境温度的多余热量。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明:
用导热性能良好的金属材料制作成冷媒能在内部流动的吸热器1和散热器2,选用合适的输液泵3和冷凝器4,由图1可知,其特征是:吸热器1、散热器2、冷凝器3和输液泵4相互连接构成冷媒的流动通路。
本实用新型的工作原理是这样的,吸热器1底面同半导体制热器相紧密接触、散热器2底面同半导体制冷器相紧密接触,当半导体冷藏暖藏两用箱工作时,半导体制冷器不断地从冷藏室内吸取热量,并把热量传送到散热器2上,冷藏室内温度降低,达到制冷的目的,半导体制热器不断地从吸热器1上吸取热量,把热量传递到暖藏室中、暖藏室温度升高,达到制热的目的,由于输液泵4工作,冷媒在冷热互补式综合换热器内流动,使得散热器2上的热量和吸热器1上的冷量相互中和利用,降低散热器2上温度,提高吸热器1上的温度,所以半导体制冷器的制冷效率提高,半导体制热器的制热效率提高,冷凝器3则用于散发掉冷热中和后仍使得冷媒温度高于环境温度的多余热量。

1、一种冷热互补式综合换热器,包括吸热器(1)、散热器(2)、冷凝器(3)和输液泵(4),其特征是:吸热器(1)、散热器(2)、冷凝器(3)和输液泵(4)互相连接构成冷媒的流动通路。
2、如权利要求1所述冷热互补式综合换热器,其特征是:吸热器(1)是由导热性能良好的金属所制成的内部有供冷媒流动通路的金属部件。
3、如权利要求1所述冷热互补式综合换热器,其特征是:散热器(2)是由导热性能良好的金属所制成的内部有供冷媒流动通路的金属部件。
