本实用新型涉及一种钢木复合防盗门。
背景技术
目前防盗门的应用越来越普及。为了增加其装饰性，出现了钢木复合型的防盗门，其门框仍采用钢材料，门扇由木框及两侧的胶合板构成，在木框的中间嵌一层钢板，钢板两侧有许多空隙，钢板与门扇两侧的胶合板之间通过几根木条连接支承，木条与钢板之间用钉子固定。这种结构的防盗门门扇抗破坏性能差，其木框容易被破坏从而将钢板卸下；门框为钢结构与门扇不协调，装饰性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种坚固美观的钢木复合防盗门。
本实用新型技术方案是：包括门框和门扇，其门扇由木框及两侧的胶合板构成，在木框外侧有实木封边，中间嵌有钢板，所述的门框由木质基体及嵌入其内的多层钢板构成；在所述门扇的木框内嵌有钢板，在两侧的胶合板与中间的钢板之间嵌有加强层。
所述的加强层为钢砂水泥刨花板。
本实用新型在门扇的木框内增加了钢板，并在中间钢板的两侧增加了加强层，大大增强了其坚固性，提高了抗破坏性能。门框改为木质嵌入钢板结构，在不降低坚固性的前提下，提高了整体装饰性。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，现有的钢木复合型的防盗门的门框1采用钢材料，门扇2由木框21及其两侧的胶合板22构成，在木框21外侧有收边26，在木框21的中间嵌一层钢板23，钢板两侧有许多空隙3，钢板23与门扇两侧的胶合板22之间通过几根木条24连接支承，木条24与钢板23之间用钉子25固定。这种结构的防盗门门扇抗破坏性能差，其木框21容易被破坏从而将钢板23卸下；钢体的门框1与门扇2不协调，装饰性差。
参见图3，本实用新型的门框1由木质基体11及嵌入其内的多层钢板12构成；门扇在现有的结构基础上做了改进，即在木框21内嵌有钢板27，在两侧的胶合板22与中间的钢板23之间嵌有加强层28。该加强层28为钢砂水泥刨花板。

1、一种钢木复合防盗门，包括门框和门扇，其门扇由木框及两侧的胶合板构成，在木框外侧有实木封边，中间嵌有钢板，其特征在于：所述的门框由木质基体及嵌入其内的多层钢板构成；在所述门扇的木框内嵌有钢板，在两侧的胶合板与中间的钢板之间嵌有加强层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的钢木复合防盗门，其特征在于：所述的加强层为钢砂水泥刨花板。
