Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种接触式三维足形测量器,包括:箱体、箱体体内设有若干电路板,中部设有三层卸载板,传感器组垂直地安装在卸载板上,传感器组是由若干个线性位移传感器组成的矩形点阵,线性位移传感器间的中心线间隔≤15mm;电路板上设有数据采集器及数据处理处理器,本实用新型方便快捷、结构简单,测量精度高,效果稳定。

Description

一种接触式三维足形测量器
本实用新型涉及一种足形测量设备,特别是涉及一种接触式三维足形测量器。
人的足部是身体很重要的部分,但由于生理缘故,长年累月的步行,很多人的足部都会产生变形,严重者更可变成畸形,导致走路不便或站立时姿势不正确,鉴于足部对于人体运动的重要意义,应用高科技测量方法测量人体脚形,矫正生物力线垂中,帮助儿童足部骨骼正常发育,预防及矫正扁平足,开展运动生理分析,在世界范围内引起普遍的关注,而能为足部进行三维精确测量,籍此开发医疗足健产品,将在医疗卫生行业和制鞋业有广阔的前景。中国专利:专利号为ZL 98245724.3,名称为“非接触式足部扫描器”的实用新型专利通过激光扫描组件对足部扫描,从而读出足部三维数据,但此技术方案的测量精度不高,效果不稳定,而且结构复杂,需要辅助设施的配合以便人能平躺才能读出有效数据。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种方便、快捷,结构简单、测量精度较高,效果稳定的接触式三维足形测量器。
本实用新型目的是这样实现的,它包括:箱体;箱体底部设有电源插座,箱体内设有若干电路板,箱体内中部设有三层卸载板,传感组垂直地安装在卸载板上,传感器组是由若干个线性位移传感器组成的矩形点阵,线性位移传感器间的中心线间隔≤15mm;电路板上设有数据采集器及数据处理器。
本实用新型结构简单,测量方便,因线性位移传感器输出量与机械位移成线性关系,当人体踏足在传感器矩阵上产生线性位移,传感器矩阵对应点输出离散的模拟数量,经数据采集,A/D变换成数字量,通过数据处理将离散数据拟合成三维图形,读出各类数据及图形,因而测量精度较高,效果稳定。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步行描述;

如图1至图3所示,本实用新型包括:箱体20;其中箱体20底部设有电源插座14及数据接口13;箱体20内设有若干电路板19,箱体20内中部设有三层卸载板21,传感器组1垂直地安装在卸载板21上;传感器组1是若干个φ4mm的线性位移传感器12组成的二个竖直排列的矩形点阵,线性位移传感器12间的中心线间隔≤15mm,且为等距分布,每个线性位移传感器12的矩形点阵区域大小为150mm×310mm,当人足踏到测量区域时,线性位移传感受器12根据脚底形状的不同,输出位移信号;电路板19设有数据采集器2及数据处理器3。
数据采集器2由比较器4、数据采集单片机5、多路程控开关6、采样/保持电路7、A/D转换器8,可编程I/O接口9组成,当传感器组1输出位移离散模拟数量到比较器4,经数据采集单片机5,通过多路程控开关6及采样/保持电路7,由A/D转换器8变换成数字量,再由可编程I/O接口9将数字量传输到数据处理器3,数字处理器3包括:通讯处理器10及通过数据接口13连接外置的电脑11,通讯处理器10将收集到的数字量拟合成三维图形,并输送到电脑11内读出各类数据及图形。
线性位移传感器12是光栅式或光电式,由触头15、导向杆16、弹簧17、位移-光信号转换器件18组成。
线性位移传感器也可以是容栅式。

Claims (10)

1、一种接触式三维足形测量器,包括:箱体(20);箱体(20)侧部设有电源插座(14);其特征在于:箱体(20)内设有若干电路板(19),箱体(20)内中部设有三层卸载板(21),传感器组(1)垂直地安装在卸载板(21)上;传感器组(1)是若干个线性位移传感器(12)组成二个矩形点阵,线性位移传感器(12)间的中心线间隔≤15mm;电路板(19)上设有数据采集器(2)及数据处理器(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种接触式三维足形测量器,其特征在于:线性位移传感器(12)的截面直径是Φ4mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种接触式三维足形测量器,其特征在于:由若干线性位移传感器(12)组成的二个矩形点阵区域,每个区域大为:150mm×310mm。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种接触式三维足形测量器,其特征在于:数据采集器(2)由比较器(4)、数据采集单片机(5)、多路程控开关(6)采样/保护电路(7)、A/D转换器(8)、可编程I/O接口(9)组成。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种接触式三维足形测量器,其特征在于:数据处理器(3)是由通讯处理器(10)及通过数据接口(13)连接的外置的电脑(11)组成。
6、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种接触式三维足形测量器,其特征:在于:线性位移感器(12)是光栅式。
7、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种接触式三维足形测量器,其特征在于:线性位移传感器(12)是由触头(15)、导向杆(16)、弹簧(17)、位移-----光信号转换器件(18)组成。
8、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种接触式三维足形测量器,其特征在于:线性位移传感器(12)是容栅式。
9、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种接触式三维足形测量器,其特征在于:线性位移传感器(12)是光电式。
10、据权利要求1或2所述的一种接触式三维足形测量器,其特征在于:线性位移传感器(12)间的排列中心线间隔为等距离的。
