本实用新型是一种能排玻璃上流水的欧式塑钢窗型材。本实用新型在扇、固定框和中梃的玻璃支撑面上设有挡水凸檐。在室内玻璃压条上通过共挤密封条和挡水凸台构成积水槽，在积水槽底部开有排水孔，排水孔下边设有导水坡。在固定框玻璃支撑面上和外壁上也设有排水孔。当室内玻璃上的冷凝水流下沿共挤密封条流到积水槽后，由排水孔沿导水坡流到支撑面上，在挡水凸檐作用下沿该面上的排水孔再由外壁上排水孔排到窗外。当窗外密封条年久老化，雨水渗进流到支撑面上，在挡水凸檐作用下也沿其排水孔再由外壁排水孔排到窗外。使用三轨框纱扇装到室外时，推拉扇外悬也保证流水不落窗台上。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型属于塑钢窗型材，特别是一种能排玻璃上流水的欧式塑钢窗型材。
(二)背景技术
长期以来，我国应用欧式结构塑钢窗大都采用德国式的。一些企业虽在塑钢窗壁厚上作些文章，但对提高其性能方面的改进和创新很少。塑钢窗室内玻璃在冬季结露的冷凝水经常会滴落在窗台上；月久年长窗外的密封条老化，连雨水也会渗进来滴落在窗台上……
(三)发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是从玻璃往窗台滴流水。为此，本实用新型在扇、固定框和中梃的玻璃支撑面上设有挡水凸檐。在室内玻璃压条上通过共挤密封条和挡水凸台构成积水槽，在积水槽底部开有排水孔，排水孔下边设有导水坡。在玻璃支撑面上和外壁上也设有排水孔。当室内玻璃冷凝水流下沿共挤密封条流到积水槽后，由排水孔再沿导水坡流到支撑面上，在挡水凸檐的作用下沿支撑面上的排水孔再由外壁上的排水孔排到窗外。当窗外密封条年久老化，雨水渗进后流到支撑面上，在挡水凸檐作用下也沿其排水孔再由外壁上排水孔排到窗外。
由于采取上述技术解决方案，本实用新型的优点在于无论室内玻璃上的冷凝水，还是窗外渗进的雨水都可顺畅排到窗外，一点也滴不到窗台上。其次，使用三轨道框纱扇装在室外时，推拉扇外悬也保证流水不能滴落窗台上。

参见附图可知，本实用新型主要由固定框1、挡水凸檐2、压条3、双面密封胶条10、排水孔(6、11、12)等构成，在固定框1的玻璃8支撑面上设有挡水凸檐2，室内玻璃压条3上的共挤密封条7与挡水凸台5构成积水槽，在积水槽底部开有排水孔6，在排水孔6下边的压条3上设有导水坡4。在玻璃8的外侧与固定框1间设有共挤密封条9和双面密封胶条10。在固定框1的玻璃8支撑面上和外壁上还设有排水孔(11、12)。

1、一种能排玻璃上流水的欧式塑钢窗型材，主要由固定框(1)、挡水凸檐(2)、压条(3)、排水孔(6、11、12)等构成，其特征是在固定框(1)的玻璃(8)支撑面上设有挡水凸檐(2)；压条(3)上的共挤密封条(7)与挡水凸台(5)构成积水槽，在积水槽底部开有排水孔(6)，在排水孔(6)下边压条(3)上设有导水坡(4)；在玻璃(8)的外侧与固定框(1)间设有共挤密封条(9)和双面密封胶条(10)；在固定框(1)的玻璃(8)支撑面上和外壁上还设有排水孔(11、12)。
