Abstract

一种反光陶瓷灯罩,主要适用于投射灯。其形状呈锥体罩面,在罩面上设有灯体安装孔和固定螺孔,在罩面的内侧分布有多面凸体,形成多个的多面折射体,使得灯光照在多面折射体上形成互相折射,反射出来的光线变得分散、柔和,投射光面积大。具有成本低、使用效果好、不易损坏的特点。

                  (一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明及陶瓷产品技术领域,具体涉及一种反光陶瓷灯罩,主要适用于投射灯。
                  (二)背景技术
现有室外或室内的投射灯,其灯罩是由金属材料制作而成,表面经过电镀加工,以防止生锈。但是经过电镀的金属表面时间长了也会生锈,尤其是安装在室外的灯,更容易生锈而损坏;而且,金属灯罩的表面一旦生锈就会失去反射作用,大大降低投射光的亮度。现有投射灯灯罩的反射面是平面的,光线经过平面反射后较为集中,因此投射出来的光线面积小、刺眼。
                  (三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种反光陶瓷灯罩,采用耐热陶瓷材料,以及在灯罩的投射面设计有多面的折射体,使其具有不易损坏、投射光面积大、光线柔和等特点。
本实用新型所述的反光陶瓷灯罩,呈锥体罩面,在罩面上设有灯体安装孔和固定螺孔,其特征在于在罩面的内侧分布有多面凸体,形成多个的多面折射体,使得灯光照在多面折射体上形成互相折射,反射出来的光线变得分散、柔和,投射光面积大。
本实用新型所设计的反光陶瓷灯罩,具有成本低、使用效果好、不易损坏的特点。

                  (五)具体实施方式
本实施例的反光陶瓷灯罩,如图1、图2、图3所示,呈长方形锥体罩面,在罩面上设有灯体安装孔(1)和固定螺孔(2),在罩面的内侧分布有多面凸体(3),多面凸体(3)分布于整个罩面内侧,多面凸体呈四面棱形,形似钻石体。

2、根据权利要求1所述的反光陶瓷灯罩,其特征在于多面凸体呈四面棱形,形似钻石体。
